One eyed mask is a good neutral game exotic. The reason why you see it all over the place is because it's the only good exotic a Titan has. Titans don't have Shards or gwisin level exotics. They don't have a one hit kill ability like handheld super Nova. Leave OEM alone and let's buff all the other exotics for every class Edit: I really think we should voice to bungie that exotic armor needs a buff all around. We should push that out. Bring back OG wormhusk, buff all the silly exotics to actually do something exotic. Stuff like the stag used to be awesome in D1, bring that stuff back to awesome
