Alright off topic, give me three reasons not to got to prom (Serious answers)
My mom is forcing me to go my last year of high school since I never wanted to go the past years. She says if I can give her 3 reasons I don't have to go. There's this girl there that's going to make it an awkward and uncomfortable time. Thanks.

1 답변I can think of more reasons why you should go. It’s one night of your life that you will never get to experience again. Even if it’s incredibly awkward and painful it’s better have that memory than to wonder “what if”. Think of it this way. Assuming you went - In twenty years time do you suppose you’d look back and think “I wish I’d stayed home for prom night. I really missed out on playing Fortnite that night”.

After prom parties are more fun. During-prom parties are also more fun. I didn't go to prom. Instead, I went to a party at a friend's house and we all played smash. It's a waste of money (both your's and the school's). The food is probably shit. There are too many people all the time.

5 답변If you don’t want to go that should be enough But ask yourself why don’t you want to go, are you just avoiding this girl? I can relate to wanting to avoid her, but don’t give her that power. There is a difference between avoiding drama and awkwardness and hiding from her. You shouldn’t be hiding. If I were you, I would try to find a nice girl to take to prom and have a nice night [spoiler]i didn’t go to prom because I didn’t wanna be the loser that went alone. The one girl I asked said no, the other good ones were taken... and I didn’t want a cum dumpster that was on drugs... I’d rather be single than go for one of those. I do wish I could’ve gone with someone that would’ve made it worth it though. But it’s also not a memory I would want wasted on a hoe[/spoiler]

How did you end up pairing with her for prom if you didn’t want to go in the first place? 1) It’s expensive. 2) “You (the mom) will be throwing your money away since I won’t enjoy it and I won’t be trying to make the most of it and I don’t want to be their in the first place.” 3) You don’t like dancing. 4) It’s draining (mentally, socially, etc) 5) You’re going to be a bad date. 6) You would appreciate it more if your mom invested that money into something you’re actually interested in, such as _________. (This one needs to be something constructive and worth investing in for the future. Not something of immediate gratification like food or a videogame, but something more productive and worthwhile like a guitar or a class, or music/art lessons or like a hobby that you do with your friends like a bike or D&D stuff, etc. You have to sell it to your mom why it’s better to invest in it for the long run and contrast that with the futile and short lasting and begrudged Prom.) Basically persuade her that there’s a better and more beneficial endeavor that she could use the money on.

Waste of money. Mostly just drunk kids. Super awkward because school dances typically suck. If you want to have a good night out with a grill, just dress up, go to dinner and dance in a private environment so you can sway nice and slow and pull her tight against you. Get some nice overhead lights and some slow music. that is better than prom
