Basic bow frame quest not dropping unstable radiolaria
On my first character this happened I reset the game and the frame was gone I finally got to that part on my second character and it’s still not working

Hello, Thanks for the report. Bungie is aware and investigating issues with the Basic Sniper and Basic Bow frame forge opening quests frames not upgrading correctly and disappearing.
