In a TWAB (that I am not finding now) the exotic quests wasn't in the annual pass section. It was available to EVERYONE and said TLW didn't require the annual pass. Maybe I'm mistaken or from an alt reality.
Crazy or mistakes, either way you're not about to tempt me with a -blam!-ing weapon I already have. -blam!- and I was so hyped for today.
Off to anthem I guess.
Edit: I'm just full of salt I can't get the gun. Dont care if that's wrong of me. I didn't care for the annual pass or anything it had to offer, but now I'm being told I have to spend $35 for one exotic I want? And thorn is up next? That just.... -blam!- it. I'm done.
Only way this makes sense to me is if you have to play the forges to get the weapon....and even then it makes no sense tbh. I was (no joke) excited for today. I get it you made the toaster exclusive to the annual pass, but tlw? Full of rage rn.
And I don't need anyone tell me to -blam!- off or tell me I'm broke. I'll waste my money else where. Just pre-ordered rage 2 and anthem.
Last Edit:
I'm at the point where "bye" and "gg" doesn't warrant an emotional response from me? Idk man. I just dont give a -blam!- the way I used to. You could say that to me before and I'd get mad/sad but right now I just...don't give two shit that you are deciding to stay. Fomos are gone
after thinking about it I more...eeh I just don't care anymore.

15 답변Player population is going to take a massive hit when Anthem drops. I wonder how many players that don't play PvP will actually come back to this broken mess? I know people have thrown around the term "Destiny killer" for a bunch of games, but Anthem appears to be so similar to Destiny that I think it will hurt Destiny more than any previous game has. Bungo should be worried, especially since they don't have Activision to hand them mountains of money any more.

8 답변D2 is nothing but a shopping center and bungie is using their lack of creativity to repackage d1 stuff to entice sales for their lack of effort season pass. We all knew this was exactly why we “lost our gear” from d1... so now, d2 is basically the definition of bungies effort. I mean, you have to realize that it was activision developers that were actually saving this game and not bungie. That’s how bad it is. So to recap All of destiny = $180 Year one of d2 and the pre order for year two = $180 And the majority of items from the base game or dlc have been from d1. It so sad see the state of this.

3 답변Yep. killed my hype too. You aren't crazy I remember something saying everyone. Also remember reading the very last forge would be available to everyone but that turned out to be bungie stupid ass choice of wording. They meant everyone with the annul pass. I don't however remember seeing a map saying tlw would be for everyone. I remember reading it.

2 답변Dude I bought it and finished forsaken and right before black armory dropped I started RDR2 and straight uninstalled D2 and to this date I debate installing it again. Honestly I dunno if I’ll play Destiny ever again...

Didn't bother with the annual pass either. I myself am done anyway and couldn't care less about TLW or Thorn. Had them in D1 and I bet they're still better than the Y2 versions will be. See you in Anthem.

11 답변They should give players all the old exotics back from destiny 1 we already paid for. I didn't rent the damn thing when I've paid $180 for D1. They take it away and give it back after I pay $140 for d2. I expect all new guns in d2. Not the same ones I already bought. Wtf is that

2 답변Are you referring to when the annual pass showed it as an “Exotic Quest for annual pass”? Lol you kids literally make up the dumbest things just for attention on here and then threaten Bungie by saying you’ll switch to Anthem. That must be a fun life you have.

https://www.bungie.net/pubassets/pkgs/117/117772/Seasons_Annual_Pass_Calendar.jpg?cv=3983621215&av=2711000951 There’s the image you’re referring to.
you were mistaken
Also don’t put too much faith and hype into anthem, i played pre order beta last weekend and it feels like a very watered down warframe (when you were actually able to play it) without the fun of warframe. And I have to say the annual pass is worth it, most people will say “it’s a 10$ expansion” but since it’s just the one right now I see it as a 35$ expansion and again it’s worth it, I always use ttk as the reference point when I discuss destiny expansions and I always go back to the 3 month drought we had in ttk, the annual pass has never given me that feeling, every week for the most part there’s been something new to do, it introduced some of the best exotics we’ve ever gotten, it’s a way to reliably farm god rolls and the raid albeit short is incredibly fun. Right now I’d say it’s worth the price tag and we haven’t even gotten everything it has to offer yet.

4 답변Well you'd actually be getting a lot more than one exotic for $35. The pass lasts an entire year, and the year is just getting started.

5 답변OK, question. I'm looking at the road map right now: https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/47465 The top part is the "Free Seasonal Update" section and the bottom is the "Annual Pass Only" Section December - Feb, Season Pass owners get an Exotic Quest, Non SP do not March - May, Season Pass owners get an Exotic Quest, but Non SP also get one June - August, No exotic quest for Season Pass owners, and Non SP get an exotic quest. I could be totally reading that wrong, but I took it to mean that AP holders get these quests first, like a full season ahead of everyone else who didn't buy in as added value to the AP. So AP holders will have the Last Word now, the full game gets it in March. AP holders will also get Thorn in March, but everyone else has to wait until June. Does anyone else see what I'm seeing here?

I think it was pretty petty to attach a classic/iconic D1 weapon that was taken from us to the annual pass. I’m fine with them creating new gear that requires the annual pass, but TLW isn’t new. On principle, I have deleted the game. I don’t want the annual pass, and I’m not going to allow Bungie to use a weapon from D1 as leverage on me to purchase the pass. They can -blam!- off.

2 답변작성자: KIngJS922 1/30/2019 6:39:40 AMI honestly feel all the annual pass content should be free in the first place. But this DLC and probably the rest of the annual pass content and penumbra, are still under Activision contract. I'm hoping next year we don't see another annual pass. Take a page from MHW. I think small updates like the ones the annual pass brings should be free and we only pay for microtransactions and the big expansions. I've already spent 140 bucks on this game and the content model is just making me feel like I'm being nickel and dimed. I spent 200 on d1....

2 답변you are mistaken. It was clearly shown in the roadmaps. heres a link from November https://wccftech.com/bungie-shares-destiny-2-roadmap-2019/ you pay for access to content, not guaranteed items. That would be called pay2win. The Annual Pass gives you access to more content than the seasonal update. if you don't want to pay for content thats your prerogative. But don't spread fake news that they said it was part of the free seasonal update when it never was

작성자: Peloquinsoul 1/30/2019 5:08:49 PMIf it was ever listed as free, it should be pretty easy to find the post and link it. The reality is that it wasn't and you've only got yourself to blame for expecting it to be. Also, that edit, did you forget to include sticks and stones?
