Flinch is currently fine. If you reduce flinch we'll end up at D1 levels and it was a nightmare.
Shotguns are just too powerful on the maps we have. Not enough long range maps, and the scope radar delay means you can easily be flanked if you're too invested in a lane.
Maybe remove radar scope delay instead of it being a mod, because targeting adjuster is a must in PvP.

작성자: Sas 1/28/2019 8:31:48 PMI say dont be too invested in a lane would be the solution to that, personally. I want them to make snipers be mobile and not turrets and laners as thats very boring and sad. But I thought D1 Y1/Y2 was fine, so I think we may be on different sides of this fence :p

I can see why, but I prefer different weapons having different roles. Mobile snipers just turns into a quickscope spam fest. Much prefer having a balanced team composition of close quarters shotguns, with snipers holding lanes and defending heavy etc. To each their own.

I always did like the idea of the glass cannon high risk/reward style. If you are ABLE you should be rewarded for going in with a rifle, like Widowaker fighting up close on the point in Overwatch (which I loved to do) even when her role is really sniping from afar. I think that role heavy system you think of would be way off what I would enjoy for the game, as you say: to each their own. That's the problem I think with these balance patches, theres so many different players who have different ideas of what they like, it's impossible to please all of us :|
