I have the annual pass with all the upcoming dlcs downloaded but when I go to Ada-1 to pick up the first weapon frame she gives me, the prompt comes up to tell me to purchase the annual pass. However when I try to go to the store to buy the pass, the game is unable to establish a connection. This has been happening for a couple weeks now and I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling including the base game.

We've been investigating issues with this. Could yo provide a video of you clicking the Node at the top right (where it says Season 5) on the Director to buy the pass, and then receiving that error?

If not, could you provide a screenshot showing that you're logged in and what it says as to why you can't purchase it?
