Annual Pass and Black Armory Problems

I have the annual pass with all the upcoming dlcs downloaded but when I go to Ada-1 to pick up the first weapon frame she gives me, the prompt comes up to tell me to purchase the annual pass. However when I try to go to the store to buy the pass, the game is unable to establish a connection. This has been happening for a couple weeks now and I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling including the base game.

Could yo provide a video of you clicking the Node at the top right (where it says Season 5) on the Director to buy the pass, and then receiving that error? [url=https://www.microsoft.com/p/destiny-2-forsaken-annual-pass/c2ckz01457cz]If you go here[/url] and sign into the same Microsoft Account that you use to log into Bungie.net/Xbox, can you buy the pass? If not, could you provide a screenshot showing that you're logged in and what it says as to why you can't purchase it?
