So this has been happening for quite some time now. Once I start the Xbox back up, I’m able to rejoin my team and continue playing. Usually won’t happen again for a few more days.
Now when I restart my Xbox, it reads as following “problem loading content. Please exit the game and restart destiny 2.
I’ve reset the Xbox by clearing the cache and have also reinstalled Destiny 2. Same issue
Is there a fix for this problem because it’s definitely not my console as it plays other games just fine without freezing or crashing my box

It’s not a destiny fault it’s a x box x fault.
There is a design fault with the internal power supply and cpu ‘thinking its over heating’ causing a shut down.
I have spent many hours with Microsoft support over this known issue and their only response was to offer to replace my less than one year old console.
Buy yourself an external hard drive and install/ switch all your games and content onto it. This will save you hours of re downloading items you already own. You do not need to delete/ reinstall destiny as it will not make any difference to the crashing / freezing of the game.
Contact Microsoft support and tell them the problem.
I have only heard of one ‘fix’ for this issue by another gamer in the states. He told me that you could get an after sales power cord with a higher amp that will solve the issue as it’s basically a power surge protection failsafe going wrong....but such an item is not available in New Zealand.
