In case you missed it:
I have continued to present to the dev team that a large portion of the community has given feedback that they would like to have Enhancement core costs removed from infusion. I'll continue to present your feedback within the studio. So far, there are no plans to remove the cost. Please continue to give your feedback and I'll let you know if anything changes.
In other words, Bungie has heard the complaints, suggestions, and frustrations of the sizable part of this community regarding the mindless chore that is the Enhancement Core grind and they do not care. They are tripling down on this inane four currency cost for the base mechanic of Infusion and they will not give any reason as to why. Now we know.
So here's some cool things I found out about Anthem yesterday on IGN (releasing February 22nd, 2019, full article here - https://www.ign.com/articles/2019/01/22/anthem-everything-we-learned-after-20-hours-of-gameplay):
6 levels of difficulty: Easy, Normal and Hard (Easy and Normal are better suited for solo players, Hard is best with a team). Additional Grandmaster 1, 2, and 3 difficulty levels are unlockable for the top shelf player. Coolness and rarity of gear will increase as the difficulty increases. There will be 6 different levels of gear.
Deep character builds: Your Javelin suit will have space for three gear slots, two weapon slots, and six component slots. Everything can synergize bringing your build to it's max potential before you begin to tackle the endgame. These systems also help you create the combos you can perform.
Incredible customization: You can change the suit colors, up to and creating your own custom colors, change the texture, change the level of how "worn" the suit looks (from factory fresh to heavy battle damage), and you can apply these to each part of your Javelin (each arm, each leg, the helmet, the chest, etc). There will be multiple decals to apply. The detail level can be minute and you can really and truly make your Javelin your own.
DLC: Story and content expansions, missions, strongholds (their version of strikes)... any and all daily, weekly, and monthly content drops are FREE. No Annual Pass bullsh*t. FREE. There are two currencies in game; coin and shard. Coin is the normal currency, and shard is the premium. There will be no lootboxes, but some cosmetics will be found in the cash shop for shard costs.
Matchmaking: EVERY activity in Anthem will include matchmaking. It has what is called The Alliance System, which is designed for players to help players and get help with ease. You earn benefits for helping other players with this system.
Just a paraphrase of the full article, but from what I read this game is gonna be fun. Bungie can continue to add more chores and ignore it's more mid-level and casual playerbase to it's own peril. All the hardcores can no-life and ego stroke each other all the way down to the bottom of this game's grave. It was fun while it lasted. In my humble opinion, all the "Investment Team" managed to do for me was invest my interest elsewhere. Your mileage may vary.
Whichever way you break on this position, I do wish you the best. These are all games, after all, meant to be fun and entertaining. They are not life and death, they have no material bearing on the things in life that really do matter.

24 답변This Anthem praising is getting so annoying. It's not going to be a Destiny killer. They are 2. Different. Games. Remember how people said Lawbreakers was going to be an Overwatch killer? How did that turn out? Don't get me wrong, I will play the demo in February, but for the love of god, don't combine the two most stupid and annoying posts on these forums into one giant Enhancement Cores REEEEE + Anthem jerking.

1 답변Good glad they are staying if we did t have them it would make upgrading stuff simple of course people want to make this game easy.

1 답변Despite marking it in bold, you’ve seemed to miss two key words that he said: SO FAR. He didn’t say they’re never going away, they just don’t have any plans at this current moment. There could be a handful of explanations for why they aren’t gonna make any core changes right now...perhaps they’ve got other game fixes and updates that require more attention and priority at the moment, maybe they are thinking about this issue but haven’t come to a good solution yet, or it could be something else, we don’t know.

5 답변작성자: RavenousLD3341 1/25/2019 8:49:45 PMAfter all of IGNs gaffes the last few months. You can pretty much toss out every article they write as biased trash. When it comes to anthem I'll be looking towards Game Informer, and a few other outlets I trust before I even consider it. As for enhancement cores in this game??? Removing it will just piss of streamers... and let's face it, that's who Destiny 2 is for.

8 답변Couldn’t agree more. This is exactly why I stopped playing. No point in infusing gear. No point in masterwork armor. Stats don’t mean anything. Perks are useless. Mindlessly grind to increase an arbitrary number. More of a chore than fun. Feels like homework to do milestones. Exotics don’t feel powerful. Aesthetic designs are terrible. Awful DLC I’m not buying. So, Goodbye D2. I’ll wait to see what your hopefully better sequel has next gen, but for now, I think we’re done here. Anthem and Division 2 deserve my time more.

7 답변Players complain because they want everthing handed to them and made easy but a huge majority like my self have worked hard to obtain titles and get loot to drop and also worked hard to obtain enhanced cores to infuse by not getting distracted by other games so I'm glad they will not remove them.

3 답변I heard the demo is watered down in economy and difficulty compared to the final game

10 답변Or, they just have other things to tackle first. You guys should receive a medal for your ability to make a mountain out of a molehill. If they name a perk that for the new guns it would be great. Mountain out of a molehill, grants use double damage but triples incoming damage.

1 답변After the whole CoD fiasco years ago I haven’t trusted anything IGN says, money writes their articles not passion. On top of that, playing the hands on demo/beta whatever you wanna call it, I have to say I’m unimpressed, the javelins feel clunky, movement isn’t fluid, the abilities are cool, flying doesn’t feel fluid and gunplay is subpar. The entire time I was playing I kept thinking “why would I play this over warframe” they have a similar feel but warframe actually has depth, gunplay is fun, I have over 30 frames to choose from, abilities are fun as hell, the customization is great and there’s a lot to do... plus ya know it’s free.
So far, there are no plans to remove the cost. Please continue to give your feedback and I'll let you know if anything changes..
Wait...what?!?! Continue to give feedback??? Have they not read the dozens upon dozens of posts about this problem already?!? I THINK YOU GUYS HAVE THE FEEDBACK THAT YOU NEED. Don't play this dangerous game Bungie. Not with your recent split and NOT with a game like Anthem, and others, on the horizon. You will end up losing that game Bungo. Now is the time to prove to your community that you actually DO listen and want to make this game great. Everyone has held high hope that the f-ups were caused by Activision. Don't make the mistake of proving us wrong. Because in the end, you lose, not us.

1 답변작성자: MelissaJDiamond 1/25/2019 5:08:28 PMTo be honest can't agree more as enhancement cores are part of destiny 2 and If you want someone in the game then work for it like countless destiny 2 players have done so totaly agree with cosmo and devs

1 답변Enhancement cores are completely useless they provide absolutely nothing to armor the only thing that you should master work is your weapons . Infuse only when you find something you know you are going to use often and for a long time . Armor with the so called random rolls is also useless the only perk that seems to work is recuperating. So find armor that you like the look of apply a shader and done . Other than that the cores are useless and just not needed to play the game.

As soon as I saw FREE DLC, Bye destiny.

57 답변작성자: TheArtist 1/24/2019 12:31:46 PMNow you're starting to understand why I've been trying to sound the alarm bells...and try to get Cozmo to wake up the Investment Team to the threat they face. (Oh, -blam!- it....the VIP demo drops tomorrow.....let 'em come after me.) The feeling of flying one of the Javelins is NOTHING short of glorious....and the feeling of fighting from the air is like nothing I've experienced. The Dawnblade super is close....but pales before what it feels like to pilot and fight from a Javelin. Bungie gives our Guardians all these incredible movement abiltiies...and then does everything they can to try to force us to fight from the ground. Bioware has done something similar...but instead has said. "Go ahead. Fight in three dimensional space as much as you want. In fact, we'll not only allow it....we'll REWARD it." The only potential growing pain for this game is not repeating the loot system mistakes that Bioware made with Mass Effect: Andromeda....and so far (based on what they're showing)....they getting set to knock it out of the park. I've given Destiny 5 years of my life...and I want it to do well. But Bungie is -blam!-ing up royally right now....and the competition is closing. FAST. ...and if Bioware maintains the level of transparency and community responsive during this game's life that they've shown during its **development** (usually when devs are most secretive)? Oh my, is Bungie screwed.

2 답변When a game becomes a second job you quit. I can’t tell you how many times I return to destiny because I’ve played bungies games for years. Every time I return there’s a brief rush of fun and then boom, boring chores that I feel like I have to do to experience the game. Can’t wait for anthem.

2 답변I saw division 2 trailer and it also looks decent. It may be too early to judge for a ubisoft title but I won't be surprised if it turns out better than destiny. Also, I played ace combat 7 on PS4 and for a total Xbox need like me, I am going to jump ships just for that game! Bye bye chore games.

But they'll continue to listen to the cry babies Nerf crowd, bleating their plaintive cries of, "I got killed in crucible please Nerf Jotunn". Or "Sleepers to accurate in Gambit, please Nerf it." Bloody babies either adapt or use that weapon yourself, or better still get outta this game your ruining it.
