There isn't anything wrong with the Enhancement Cores in the game. People just can't learn to save it rather than recklessly infusing and then complaining. It's basically Exotic Shards from D1, they were hard to get, but did people complain? Absolutely not. That's because Destiny is meant for the grind and it still is. Casuals like everyone complaining just want everything handed to them on a silver platter.
I get masterworks everyday. It's not that hard to grind. Just grind out a bit of the "Finest Masterweave" consumable and pop it when your ready. Start killing enemies and after about 50 kills or so you get your core. Boom easy. You can also buy them from Spider in case of an emergency infusion or just being broke of some. Most people have stacks of Legendary Shards lying around so why not just spend it on 3 or 4 Enhancement Cores for the infusion of an Exotic or a Legendary.
It's really not that hard. The community is getting so reckless with this even mods have had to step in to stop the spam. Only one thing to do, grow up and get over the fact that you can't get everything you want in life.
EDIT: People have stated that I'm being ignorant by speaking out on something I think is useless. Anyways Cozmo responded to this whole thing and for me being ignorant I guess I was right. Hmm....
Cozmo:
I have continued to present to the dev team that a large portion of the community has given feedback that they would like to have Enhancement core costs removed from infusion. I'll continue to present your feedback within the studio. So far, there are no plans to remove the cost. Please continue to give your feedback and I'll let you know if anything changes.
If you don't believe me here's the post, do what you will, I don't control you. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/250668440?sort=0&page=0
As you can see, Cores are not going anywhere. Maybe focus on something that's broken like I don't know still having 10hz servers in 2019.

1 답변Bungie should add more ways to get cores. Strikes, heroic public events, vanguard rank ups, gunsmith rank ups, etc... faction packages.(bring back factions!)
-
2 답변Bungie needs to sell games to be able to stay in business to make and sell more games. If the only people complaining about cores are children and flakes still being provided everything by others, then your points are well taken. If the majority of players are employed, or financially independent, who wish the game to have more accessible leveling of gear, it may happen that they will just buy different games to enjoy. If enough players don't buy Bungie products, then your points are mute because there will be no Destiny. The reason that people in business listen and adapt is to stay in business. Simply disregarding complaints, or shutting down discourse, is bad business. Maybe Activision saw the writing on the wall. Maybe some players are seeing it also.

3 답변I didn’t have an issue with the enhancement cores during the grind to 650. I didn’t infuse anything I used what dropped . Now though trying to masterwork armor sets for 3 characters .... it’s pretty painful . You deal with it and grind away. People just don’t understand you don’t need to infuse everything . Use what drops once you get to your ideal power level then start building your armor and weapons. It’s pretty simple really .

1 답변playing the game is enough to keep people in materials. A little trading can be done if excess is needed this is absolutely not an issue. Slow times in the game are hot times on here I guess.

11 답변thank you This is literally a non-issue. You get matterweaves which guarantee drops. You are also guaranteed from scrapper bounties. You get them randomly from dismantling weapons and sometimes armours. You get them for schieving legendary rank in quick play. You also get them from certain story missions. You don't sit there and continually use up your cores every time you find a gun that has 5 to 10 light levels ahead of your weapon. the catch up mechanic for all new players definitely helps boost their light level and I'm sure you have 650 weapons laying around from random powerful engrams. all you'll have to do now is just constantly make armor pieces to increase your light level when you have your other three weapons at 650. It's not a matter of resources. it's a matter of how can I proceed forward the most efficient way. save what you have build on it and moderate your usage. I never have an issue with these cores because I know what I need to do. what people on the forms can do instead is educate players on how to moderate and find these resources. In any point in the conversation if someone's just going to respond and say that they don't want to do it: I don't know what to tell you. You can't help people who can't help themselves. It's really a non-issue and it needs to stop on this forum. There's like 10 posts of them right now active because people don't know how to obtain enhancement cores or just are too impatient or just don't care about the mechanic. Get over it. It's their way of getting players to slowly grind to Max light so that way they can't face roll the game. If everyone got to Max light level ASAP then everyone's going to complain that there's nothing to do. This is how RPGs work. whether it's farming for that one weapon to give yourself extra attack or whether it's leveling or whether it's doing extra missions because they're blocking the story from progressing etc. We all have to deal with it.

1 답변So if it doesn't affect you personally, it's not a problem? It must be nice to live in a bubble.

13 답변
There isn't anything wrong with the Enhancement Cores in the game.
Stopped reading there, have my downvote. Also does anyone remember the cores from D1 in HoW? Yeah they failed so hard they changed the whole system to a much better system, then they once again improved on said system. Cores are dumb

1 답변작성자: Rex Banner 1/22/2019 5:20:39 PMI agree with you , everyone bitching is full of shit. I don’t believe their sob stories at all. It’s easy to use cores when needed. You don’t have to infuse every single armor piece you get......I infused once a week on all 3 characters and have 60 plus cores just sittin there collecting dust, and I look and wear what I want.

1 답변
There isn't anything wrong with the Enhancement Cores in the game.
Yes there is.
It's basically Exotic Shards from D1,
No it isn't. Exotic shards were only necessary to level up ONE class of gear. That class did not negatively impact basic progression. Plus you could eventually buy the number you needed from Xur....and allowing that didn't break OTHER parts of the game.
That's because Destiny is meant for the grind and it still is.
Yes. A grind for LOOT. Not a grind for a stupid NUMBER that has no meaning except as a way to gate content. NOTHING is added to the experience of playing this game by what has been done here. NOTHING. The only reason Bungie has done this is to try to artificially extend the very thin layer of content that was added to the game for Y2. Bungie had to spend so much time FIXING the game last year, that they didn't have much time create new loot or new perks for us to chase for this year. So the goal was to keep us frustrated and addictively grinding for power....rather than loot. THAT isn't Destiny.... In fact that is not the end game in ANY successful loot-based game. Which is wny the community is rebelling against it. What is the point of having toys with lots of random rolls, if the game is going to PUNISH us if we want to play with more than ONE?
-
6 답변Yes, there is a problem with masterwork cores in infusion. Enough people complained about it that Bungie decided that they wanted to have the name changed. I have been playing long enough to know that Bungie could care less if I have an opinion, let alone what it is, so I don't go on about it. Much like exotic drops, it is restricted enough to lose significance.

1 답변Cuz u didnt have to use exotic shards to infuse EVERYTHING!!! N jus cuz u have no life n can grind doesnt meant entire community can..u sir are as bright as a burnt out light buld

3 답변Bull shit it’s just another version of ascendant light which was a bad idea right from the start and it was only a small minority that wanted this crap to begin with. So you can take your elitist crap and shove it where the sun don’t shine #Remove Enhancement Cores
-
70 답변It’s not reckless at all. People don’t want to have to use cores for infusion, they want to use them to masterwork their gear and they don’t want yet another unrewarding grind to do it. They express that through the proper channel. The game wouldn’t fall apart because people would get to play it the way they want.

4 답변Half of the crap your saying is because you got lucky with Rng . Quit telling people how to play, supporting garbage game design like this is the problem
