If warlocks were good in PVP Then why are they the least played? You have a PVP emblem right? Look at it I promise warlocks would be the least killed. Why because warlocks have no viability in PVP.
Hunters and Titans: "Oh warlocks are op with dawnblade and novawarp!"
What!? Then why are you not playing warlocks?
Bungie stop nerfing warlocks they already suck in PVP. Why is it you go into comp you rarely see any warlocks? Because they are weak, they require you to fight upclose in melee range but how can we get in melee range when everyone just rocks a shotgun and OUTRUNS warlocks? Try sneaking? HOW? we have no invisibility (hunters) we have the crappiest jump ever (floating) and no mobility boost (titans) not to mention titan skating (PC gamers). We try to get anywhere near an enemy and we get shot down just for thinking of getting close.
Our kit is complete troll. You want us to fight from the air? But make us fall for just aiming...You give us a jump that lets you hover but give us a rift that requires the ground to use...So which is it do you want warlocks to stay in air or stand still in a rift?
We have no way to hide if we need recovery or cover. We have no crowd control to slow, blind, suppress, or prevent from being chased. Were just stuck with our crappy jump and slow mobility until we get shot down by all these high mobile classes.
Instead we get nerfed. Seriously we got more lines about nerfs than buffs. How about that!
Warlocks let our voice be heard! We need PVP buffs. Make Warocks great ag-...For once!

3 답변작성자: Darknorth 1/20/2019 8:43:28 PMWarlock main since d1 beta. We need some killer exotics thats for sure. But before I discuss some ideas for them. First lets take a overhaul of what needs to be improved. Overhauls Nova bomb. Top and Bottom Tree. Aoe and damage needs to be increased both pve and pvp. For top tree, all super and grenade kills trigger the effects of entropic pull, having more grenade energy. Dawnblade. Icarus Dash should provide a better distance as well as a slight increase in momentum. Bottom tree should include flame shield. Also Well of Radiance provides better resistance to damage. This change also gives a stronger shield for the Divine protection. Stormtrance. Better damage resistance in super. Lightning fingers should do more damage and have further range. Ionic blink takes less super energy. Electrostatic surge also enables faster super regeneration when allies are near. Also, the base melee range has now been increased to what it was in D1. (This inturn now increases all warlock melee exotics, karnstein armlets, winters guile, claws of ahamkara, ophidian aspects). For exotics: The Ram should return in all its glory. - Increased Resilience (Making you capable of surviving killer hits from the crucible such as shoulder charge, etc). - Increased super energy per kill. Jester's Dance. [boots] - Increased blink distance and recovery speed for all weapons after jump. - Radar does not turn off per blink. - Decreased blink cooldown. The Voltage of Astrapí̱ [gaunlets] - Provides super conductor (this also applies to melee and grenade). Also slightly increases lighting range. - All grenades petrifies enemies for 1-2 seconds (depending on grenade...pulse I'm looking at you). These are just a few. I think they would make for amazing warlock exotics! EDIT: If you don't like them, explain why. Or if you do, tell me.

2 답변100% yes. Once they gut nova warp itll be over. I use top tree dawn anyway so the duration buff will be nice. If its not as long as spectral blades is though we will have a problem. Storm caller buff is a joke. There are a couple of warlock trees that need reworks. Nova bomb vortex will still suck in pvp. No decent pvp exotics except crown of tempests, ophidian aspects and transversive steps. None of which are as crazy good or op as the titan ones and some hunter ones. Our jump is still cancer and they refuse to buff blink properly.

11 답변(EC) Warlock main here: Warlock has the best grenades, longest melee range (and by no small margin), best recovery, and most versatile supers. The problem with warlock in PvP is that it’s starting to feel more like a support class, and I think that’s fine, but it would be better if there were a support SUBclass so that these elements wouldn’t spill into PvP as much. Hunter, conversely, has the best class ability. In a snap they can reload, go invis, and avoid damage in one motion. Hunter is very mobile and rewards a skilled hand with tricky melee abilities, but it is also squishy. I feel naked on my hunter and don’t feel able to compensate by increasing my resilience. So I go for a more mobile approach and sometimes use the double-dodge chest. Also, hunter, in my opinion, has the worst grenades. Titan, finally, has the fastest onset. What I mean by that is that Titan will be on your ass faster than any other class and once there will kick your teeth in with a prejudice. Titan is my favorite class to play in PvP for that attribute. I love feeling like a juggernaut. Titan does have downsides, though. It has okay grenades, but the T Rex arms will always be an Achilles heel for this class. If I’m not comfortable with a shoulder charge, I’ll stay back and shoot, and I never outright melee anymore unless I know I’m -blam!-ed and it’s just reflexive. TLDR: Warlock is meant to be played from a distance and is hamstrung by its supportive nature in D2

3 답변To be fair, NovaWarp deserved to be nerfed just as much as Spectral Blades. They both had ridiculously long duration and needed to be brought back a bit. As far as Blade Barrage is concerned, it’s a single use panic super. It should be powerful when used up close to pepper a small area and lose potency if thrown over longer distances. If it’s not something like roaming or hitscan, you really don’t have any reason/right to complain. That being said, I wholeheartedly agree that Warlocks need to be buffed up across the board, and not just in PvP. A lot of the perks I’ve seen require you to be within melee range to trigger and given the current meta, they’ll be damned near impossible to trigger by the majority of folks in Crucible. I also strongly believe that Warlock mobility needs a rework as I’ve had nothing but a frustrating time using my Warlock alt. With how slow the jump is compared to Titan lift, it needs to at least be as fast or have a replacement altogether. I also strongly agree that a lot of Warlock exotics need to be reworked and buffed up to actually be viable, along with Titan exotics given how the only one that actually handles well at the moment is One-Eyed Mask due to how strong it is at the moment. Sincerely, a fair Hunter main

10 답변I don’t know if your being serious or not but. Hunters have always outnumbered Warlocks and Titans even in D1, Nothing will ever change that. Titans are by far the worst in PvP, if they didn’t have OEM or Titan Skating (PC only) alot less people would use them. They have barely anything going for them other then those two things. Hunters and Warlocks are generally in a good spot PvP wise. Hunters have two good PvP subclasses. Blade Barrage is only good because of Blade Barrage and Shards, depending on how bad this gets hit in the next patch its use might go down dramatically. Otherwise it’s neutral game is non existent. Spectral Blades imo is the best Hunter subclass with a strong super and a pretty great neutral game, if I play a Hunter in PvP this is what I use. Warlocks again have two good subclasses. Nova Warp is the best PvP subclass currently with Nova Warp ripping through teams and probably the best neutral game. A really good melee with huge knock back (This can backfire however) and a OHK Grenade with range further then a shotgun. Dawnblade is the other good subclass and is what I use. It’s super is easily in the top 3 and when it gets a buff (It REALLY didn’t need a duration increase) and the others get nerfed it’ll probably end up at #1. The BIGGEST problem with it and it’s why you don’t see it often is it’s by far the hardest super to use well, 90% of the people I see are using it wrong and either spamming there attacks or not utilising Burst Glide and the dash at all. It’s got great grenades and it’s melee is pretty good too, it’s shooting with gliding actually throws a lot of people off and if you pair it with a sidearm it’s absolutely lethal. They have some pretty good exotics too

5 답변작성자: Killmonger 1/20/2019 3:50:29 AMTitans op lmao? That's funny being how bungie stole things from titans and gave it to warlocks. 1. Twilight garrison dodge=Icarus dash 2. Empowering rift=Weapons of light 3. Healing rift=Blessing of light 4. Well of Radiance is basically what the bubble should of been.

4 답변Amen brother, warlocks don’t get any love from Bungie, us warlock mains need to take a stand.

2 답변Is this dude just gonna keep spamming this every day? I should write one for hunters.

5 답변lol pvp sux for warlocks? We must not be playing the same game because in my games NovaWarp hits through walls and lasts until leap year rolls around!

2 답변There is a reason there are hardly any top tier competitive warlocks. Especially on pc. Titans can move twice as fast as any other class and Hunters are even more mobile than their console counter part Warlocks need buffs to their neutral game to compete. -Revert blink to its destiny 1 form. -Give firebolt its burn back. -Give icarus dash the ability to change directions against momentum on a shorter cooldown. -Give burst glide more air control and replace balanced glide with something else

14 답변After i saw how fat the novawarp nerf was and how pathetic the Stormcaller buff was i just called it quits and made a Hunter. It's unreal to me that this is how things work in this game. I've mained a Voidwalker since D1 and was hyped to see a roaming super for it, we got 1 season of finally being the dominant force and having something to oppose Hunter BS with and it immediately gets killed off. You can already see the increase of Dawnblades because people know once the Novawarp nerf happens it's going to become a useless super. All it needed was a reduction in blast radius. But no, they went in and absolutely murdered it. Meanwhile Bottom Nova and top and bottom Stormcaller get either no buff or a pathetic +1 chained enemies. Are you kidding me with this horsesh!t. +1 chained enemies as the stormcaller buff?? Nah. The guy below me posted about how we have handheld supernova and blink though and like yeah okay but have you got any idea how unrealistically situational these abilities are. Like yeah cool, i CAN blink and it CAN work very well but in reality its a sketchy jump that makes me a target for the next 3 seconds after i use it as my gun suddenly seems to have the weight of a small elephant as i can't seem to ready it to save my life. Not to mention that they got rid of immunity frames by making your hitboxes remain where you jumped from until the animation is fully complete meaning you can shoot where i was to kill me where i went to. Handheld is also situational asf, target is 8m away or closer? No longer a one shot, now does 50-100 damage and has an unintentional push effect. God forbid there is a wall within 20 miles of you aswell because then it detonates early and you've just lost your nade. Warlocks as a whole have a bigger learning curve to actually use all of their abilities, that's why the whole novawarp thing was nice while it lasted, because finally we didn't have to -blam!-!ng sweat in every single match just to compete with Hunters, we finally had something a bit easier to master. 346 gold medals earned on my warlock. Not one was a seventh column no matter how hard i tried with novawarp or dawnblade. 2 weeks on a freshly made hunter and Spectral blades WITHOUT gwisin, oh look at that suddenly i have an easy seventh column.

I mained dawnblade (bottom tree) for some time, super was fast and accurate, solar grenades slowed punished persuers and locked down heavy and capture points, melee range was good, rifts are great (both of them) if used correctly and my unpopular opinion warlocks have the best jump ability in the game. Just takes practice. They're fast when you learn to surf, you can descend quickly, you can hover over doors and their in air accuracy feels do much better to me than any other class.
