Shotgun or snipers what is the most fun?
I want your opinion. Honestly I prefer shotguns because of the long meta with snipers in d1.
Edit : Do you like snipers, fusions, trace rifles or do you like the meta in destiny 1 with sidearms?

I actually just started sniping for the first time this week and I'm having fun learning. I used to never bother because I tried once before and was awful but I've been practicing and it's super rewarding. I even domed a sunbreaker with Izanagi's Burden.

Sniper rifles feel the most rewarding. Lining up that headshot, hearing the crack of the rifle and seeing your opponent drop....nothing feels quite like it. Trace rifles are just fun in general. I ain't afraid of no Hive!

2 답변The meta in D1 that essentially made sidearms the only working secondary... it pretty much sucked oozing donkey butt. It effectively ruined Destiny 1's PvP for me, so much so that I still refer to it as the 2-14-17 Abomination. I mostly resorted to Invective camping and sticky spamming after it dropped. Not because it was the most effective playstyle (I was generally a distance fighter who used his primary a lot), but because I couldn't stomach the idea of meekly just relying on my primary alone... that would have been giving the bully what they wanted. So... yeah. It's gone. Good riddance to bad rubbish, and may it never darken D2's door again.

Snipers are easy to get we ran out of medals with and easy to use depending on the map. Shotgun sprees are exciting to get we ran out of medals with and ppl don’t really go on crazy shotgun sprees or get triple/quad feeds. Unless its me.

1 답변I definitely have more fun using snipers in spite of the current meta, but the ammo economy makes it almost painful to run it in Crucible without being forced to killtrade eventually or switching to primary and killing another who’s running an energy weapon.

They both have there merits... I like a Sniper Rifle for that long range kill when the enemy thinks there ohh so safe & your shooting through a couple of small gaps & can only see a bit of them.. Now Shotguns there just so much fun on small CQB style maps ,up close & personal, running & gunning .. Ppl complain about any weapon but you use what your comfortable with..
