Another weapon great against shotguns, with that in mind its sitting pretty. It has the second slowest charge rate, unlike say Telesto which has one of the fastest while still holding high bolt damage( and can be argued ). You seem to not understand how they work either, as charge time gets slower impact( therefore damage ) goes up and is interlinked on all fusion rifles. This wouldn't even work how you want it to, so straight reduction in bolt damage which absolutely isn't the way to go about it. Fusions playground is mid-range and shotguns shouldn't meet it nor they brought down, any fix will only make people hate your Dusty Rock Blues more.
