As it is official now, that the Key Mold quest is not appearing on alternate characters, wouldn't a great measure be to extend the duration of the shattered throne until a few days after the bug gets fixed? since it is the only time-gated part of the quest, only being there every three weeks, it would only make sense to focus specifically on the Shattered Throne as a workaround and damage-control for the community! I can't be the only one who thinks like this...
