How you get grill to like you but you don’t get friend zoned. I’ve even tried toast/envelope but no work

Do stuff a friend wouldn't. You can tell her she's nice or kind all day and she'll think "this male humanoid is sending signals of mutual respect, he is in no way wanting to initiate romantic interaction. Calculating results... %1... %3... %55... %99... Calculated. He hella gay." I actually learned this the long way. I talked with this girl for hours every day/night. Complimented her all the time. This lesbian chick called her beautiful every time they passed each other by. Eventually she told me she liked her a lot, and "if only she'd slide into my dms". It kinda messed me up, until I started trying it. If you want to attract a woman you put yourself on the damn menu. Start doing stuff that an acquaintance wouldn't do. Tell her she's nice, at first. Stuff like that. They're a person too, after all, and not some unattainable superspecies that we males cannot touch without a considerable amount of money or a strong jawline. Sadly, I only have one of those. I would probably have both if I weren't writing walls of text on a dead site.

Make them laugh and do not come on to them or look at them like you want them.....if they ask if you want to hang out or whatever think for a few seconds, shrug and say something like 'sure, I guess so' At the end don't hang around all awkward. Treat her like a normal friend, just say 'thanks, it was fun' or something and walk off. By the 2nd time you hang out they practically throw themselves at you.
