Niobi Labs is just a streaming ploy? B.S.
So you guys seriously made a puzzle that you figured only Streamers would solve to open up the final Forge for the rest of us pions? This is complete bullshit. Is this part of the agreements you made with the content creators when you invited them in? You’d do some hard stuff that everyone would tune into Streamers to solve? Not something that all of us have to do as part of our experience? I don’t agree with this... And I defend this game to the death...

You all seem so surprised by this. I mean do I need to point out the fact most top streamers of destiny were taken to Bungie HQ for quality control after warmind. It’s no surprise the annual pass is a let down it’s $10 a dlc. Not much efforts gonna go into them.

3 답변Everybody wins with this model. -Streamers get views and money. -Bungie doesn't really have to create any content, just send everyone on wild goose chases to solve "puzzles" and turn it into an absolute grindfest to accomplish anything. -Activision doesn't really need to put any more money into the pot, it's not like Bungie is creating anything. Everyone wins.....except....you know....normal gamers and stuff.

This doesn't surprise me. The whole Season of the Forge has been a disappointment. The whole summit in general was a PR move and then the NDA's to restrict them was bs. But now we know the truth, in that all this was more than likely discussed at the summit and I believe they were paid as well. Just the fact that most were brought in by Activision is compensation.

100% this was. Heard a steeamer mention last night before he gave up on this puzzle say he had gotten over 2,000 new subs on his channel yesterday. 😂😂😂 -blam!- out of here Destiny, 27+ hours later and not even your "finest" can solve this shit.

Pretty much just like the summit was a PR move to appease the streamers spreading negativity in y1. I understand their position needing to get rid of the negative press, but it’s at the expense of the average player ie. the majority of the player base needed to bolster sales.

Heh i was always defending this game also but this time is just too much. I had fun with annual pass until 3rd forge when i realised i have to unlock it one more time to play on my warlock. I just stopped playing D2. Wtf are they doing? Bad decicion after bad decision and so on. I took a break from D2 to play AC:Odyssey and i love it, such a fun game. Now i was hoping to go back to D2 after release of the 4th forge but it turns out i dont have to, i can still play Odyssey and wait for people to unlock this forge for me. Great event Bungo. Good that i can play other games during it. Couple weeks ago i've quitted with D2's PvP for good, havent even done Iron Banner bounties. I've quitted because of how frustrating and cancerous current meta is. Also i dont have Lunas Howl, i was at 1400 glory last season and they wiped my points. Another great decision, timegateing content. Well this season is almost impossible to unlock Lunas without having it:) For solo player at least. So i quitted pvp and now its time for them to also ruin pve? I love this game but i regret spending so much money on it. But since i did i am coming back hoping they will fix something and this happens.

I agree with this person. What a bunch of bull shit. I paid money for a game to watch steamers play it. Isn't the idea to sell games to the public to play? When can you send me a refund!!!! I don't want to watch a streamer. That all your about anymore. Time to move to a game i can actually play instead of watching someone else play it for me. Bungie (UP YOURS)!!!!!

1 답변Whats funny is that Bungie doesnt realise cause and effect.... Makes new raids have silly light level requirements so only no lifers/streamers can take part = Even the harcore who cared about/tried to get worlds 1st no longer give a shit about it. New puzzle for no lifers/streamers to unlock new forge/labs = No one feels engaged and gives a shit. Who ever came out with this impressively shit strat defo needs a raise.

3 답변I usually defend this game to the death when talking to people about it, but this seems like the final nail in the coffin for Destiny 2. I camt in good conscience defend this game or bungie any longer after everything that has happened with D2. I completely agree with OP. I was really looking forward to Niobe Labs. It is a complete disgrace what Bungie have done. I have spent A LOT of my hard earned money for this game and expansions and annual pass, as well as what little free time I have in to this game only to feel segregated from it via puzzles and challenges that are heavily geared towards streamers and content creators. Bungie should be ashamed of themselves.
