Because when I read your post your main idea was infusion tips for Infusion infusion has nothing to do with leveling up when your theme is about infusion and keep certain gear based on certain perks that is cosmetic because those same purse can be on any other item those are randomized perks but like I said I understand where you're coming from like myself I have particular armor for each character that is completely Master work same thing with weapons

Did you read my comment I did not mention anything about perks okay? I understand where you're coming from I have my own personal armor set for each character that I like to have because they have Perks that I like especially since they're all master worked however at the end of the day it's just Cosmetics because you can get the same perks from other gear maybe even better that's the only point I'm trying to make the fact that your title was kind of misleading you should have had a title tips on infusion not tips on leveling up

Did you read the post or my comment? I said I changed the title up. The original post had to do with the perks. You could get better perks but if you don't you have gear with perks you like to infuse without enhancement cores. That's not cosmetic.

Yes it is cosmetic because players long before randomized perks people played just fine without it even in Destiny 1 I didn't even care about perks I just played how I wanted to play
