its called an economy, spend them wisely
you can go to spider as much as you want , buy mats, and turn them into the correct vendor and get all the cores that you will ever need. not to mention between the weapon breakdowns and bounties cores drop like candy.

There's no method that make the shitty economy any less noticeable. The weekly bounties didn't solve anything because once you run out, you're back to relying on "lucky dismantles." That's ridiculous.

작성자: OMG Caesar 12/12/2018 4:09:09 PMif you are infusing everything that is plus one light greater than your previous armor or weapon, i would say its not the economy, its YOUR lack of decision making skills. you dont have to infuse everything #1 , #2 you can still use the weapons you like. name me one activity were that plus 1 light will make any difference? Ill wait ive also listed multiple easy ways to get cores and you are still mad. it literally take minutes to do the mat exchange, or bounties for them.

XD Do you really know what you're talking about? To me it just sounds like you're mindlessly defending Bungie.

Considering I have over 800 hours since forsaken dropped I’d say I know what I’m talking about The forge I finished on all 3 of my guys when they were 610, I got to the end of the new raid, scourge of the past when I was a 617 and the first part of the raid was a light requirement of 640. I’m pretty sure I know what I’m doing I look at things by character, if your being honest and know what your talking about you don’t need to infuse everything Take the hunter as an example I run two subclasses tether and blade barrage so imo the only two items that need to be infused are my shards of galanor and my Orpheus rigs, everything else I just wear as it upgraded until I get to max light. Weapons wise I played it smart I did the velunder forge when I needed a heavy weapon and am using it and did the gofannon forge when I needed a secondary And only infused my primary. Because I think before burning my cores I still have a ton left from farming them. Which you can do at anytime. And I’m running 3 characters. Tell me more about how I don’t know what I’m talking about

[/quote] Edit: For the record, there are stupid people at max light. So trying to pulling rank is futile.

Is it a stupid question? Is one light going to make the difference between you finishing the forge or not? The answer is no Same goes for the raid or any other activity If that was the case we would never have finished last wish at 580 , if that was the case we wouldn’t be able to do nightfalls with a power handicap of 70 plus One light difference in any activity makes very little difference EXCEPT iron banner and even then there are arguments to be made The simple excuse is that people are terrible at managing their in game economy that’s it, and then they cry on the forums. It’s tiring I would say this, yes my guardian in general with my other armor pieces generally looks like crap because of all the mis matching armor and probably bad perks because I’m wearing whatever is the highest till max, but that only lasts till I reach max and infuse my good armor with the perks I need for my specific builds . In the grand scheme of things do those perks make that much of a difference? Unflinching does , but things like special and heavy ammo finder don’t have much of an impact because I’ve read it doesn’t work very well.

Iron banner is still played, You say that see posts like this is tiring. Yet you have a mute button. You say that light doesn't matter. Yet, it's in the game. Are you the king of dumb arguments? Wouldn't come up with a better excuse/defense than pulling the economy card.

I’m saying the difference between one light Causing people to infuse every time they get a higher drop, and arguing that that small infusion doesn’t make the difference in an activity. Oh light matters depending what your playing and how good you are. If you suck and you are low light let’s say 550 then your odds of finishing last wish are not good, if you’re good then you can complete it at 550, but infusing your guy to 551 will have zero impact on you finishing that raid and there for is stupid to do so. You would be better off just wearing the item or leaving it in your inventory on your character The argument I make is that people infuse everything, every light they get, like it makes a dramatic difference when in reality depending on the activity and the bump it doesn’t. Let me further simplify If you are a 600 and you infuse to get to 601 is that going to help you finish a 610 activity ? No If your a 600 and you get a plus 8 drop that may help you and I’d probably infuse that depending on if it was a weapon I use or a specific piece of armor I need for my super ie Orpheus rigs

The mechnaics of the game may not seem like they react to light level, like they're supposed to, but they do. It's just how the game was. Why it doesn't work the new masterwork system. It was poorly implemented with very little thought put in the system.
