Issues with error codes and access to activities.

Two times in a row after completing a competitive match in the crucible playlist I have played the matches until they were finished. As soon as the matches had ended and the results of the match has come on screen I have received Error Code: Bee. Despite my playing full matches this has caused me to get blocked from the competitive crucible matches. I understand what Error Code: Bee is there for and I understand why I has occurred but for the Error Code to appear twice in a row during the results screen after the matches thus blocking me unfairly from my gaming is infuriating. As I cannot find contact information for Bungee in order to resolve this issue, I have had you resort to the forum. Any help will be appreciated.
