I am not able to complete the quest step "Machine Gun Calibrated Frame" to gain access to the Volundr Forge. The quest currently says "return to Ada-1 with the Radiant Matrix so she can prepare the frame for the final step, forging." When I go see her it says I have 0/1 Radiant Matrix. I have killed a lot of Powerful enemies to get a Radiant Matrix, but they aren't dropping any for me to complete the step. I don't have a Radiant Matrix at the Postmaster either. Any help?
