Because apparently Fallout 76 is the bad Christmas gift that keeps on giving now it's come to light Bethesda swapped out the bag in the $200 Power Edition of the game and then kept it quiet hoping no one would notice.
I've seen bad customer service responses before but I think "sorry we never told you we weren't giving you what you paid for, don't let that stop you loving our game" might just take the cake.
Good thing for Bethesda they don't have very high to fall to fall from grace these days 👍🏻
....but seriously, AAA companies need to stop being given a free pass for stuff that is unacceptable in any other form of consumer business.

1 답변Didn't they break a law called bait and switch? I seen the title of a video that said a class action lawsuit was coming (I didn't bother watching, I could care less), but now I know why you probably could have a law suit that could actually stick. What is it with these developers lately? I mean seriously, if they need to charge more for games, then charge more for games. Quit trying to screw your customers. They are starting to remind me of used car salesman anymore. I think the only developers I remotely trust anymore is DE and CD Projekt Red. What's going to be the next disaster?
