I've seen bad customer service responses before but I think "sorry we never told you we weren't giving you what you paid for, don't let that stop you loving our game" might just take the cake. Good thing for Bethesda they don't have very high to fall to fall from grace these days 👍🏻 ....but seriously, AAA companies need to stop being given a free pass for stuff that is unacceptable in any other form of consumer business.
