All you haters out there got Ikellos nerfed. Now the energy slot has one less option.

I don't believe it was a nerf based on feedback as much as it was based on observation. Teams could destroy primevils in seconds with the shotty and the right setup in gambit. The adjustment levels the playing field slightly.

3 답변Idk, your hopes and dreams? I mean you already have no life, your whining about a necessary fix about a glitch in the game. It's still very viable, just not as much as it was. It could've been moved to the power slot after all.

4 답변Players will moan about ep shotty being overpowered they have a point it is a boss killer. Every boss killing gun in this game gets nerfed its the bunjie way after 4 years of nerfing the best gear ive walked away and what was left of the d1 clan has done the same. Nerf this nerf that is all i read on these forums and if anything the nerf callers are stale not the game. Enjoyed foresaken but bunjie will not leave things alone. Lunafication boots are next whisper and sleeper will be adjusted again soon. Do yourself a favour walk away its going to be this all of destinys life.

17 답변I used ikelos for a solid six months. Now I can finally use other options and not feel like I'm at a disadvantage! that is something I'm excited about, even if you aren't. Shotgunning every boss in the knees/face/gross puss filled sores, is/was getting stale. Now the community gets to search for another king of DPS. Change is good. It keeps things fresh and lets the community look for other options. Don't get your panties in a bunch just because you lost your OP crutch. Also, why is no one mentioning that it's still more than adequate at every encounter it's used for?

I used Ikelos shotgun because um, it put in more work than the rest of the shitty energy slot weapons. Maybe if other weapons had more DPS then it wouldn’t have been an issue with the ikelos shotty. Now, we need to SETTLE for lower DPS weapons, awesome. That’s what I’ve always wanted, weapons that take MORE bullets to put in work. Ya This is why I’m excited for February and March. One game has NO PVP (thank god, weapons won’t be nerfed because of crying babies) and the other actually improves instead neutering their weapons/enjoyment. Here’s to the future outside of destiny 🍻🍻🍻🍺🍺🍺 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

2 답변I hate it when Bungie nerfs a weapon you had to grind and earn, especially when its due to the same whining group that don’t have it. What’s the point of having an exotic or special weapon of it is no better than your average weapon? I love using Ikelos and loved Gjallahorn, Sleeper, Vex Mythoclas etc. Stop nerfing these great weapons.

5 답변I read the forums everyday and there was never a single post asking for a nerf to the ikelos shotgun. So you are wrong firstly. Secondly, it is the same thing that happened with the gjallarhorn in D1. It took a nerf because that was all people were using and it was starting to single players out who didnt have the weapon yet, but wanted to raid. So because of this, bungie nerfed it. They look at their data and see what weapons are used the most and if there is a blaring gap in diversity then they act upon it. So be mad at bungie instead of making stuff up on the forums.

Luna’s Howl is a pve DPS monster on strong enemies and allows you to keep distance. You can pair it with a shotgun like perfect paradox, Dustrock, or the vanguard one and you can really shred. There is also whisper for a heavy that is the king of dps once masterworked

That shit would've gotten nerfed anyway, stop blaming people as if bungo can't look at people's videos online melting bosses faster than they intended. They literally do this all the time just cause it swings the way of your precise shotgun doesn't make it any different.
