Lore:
“Where’ve you been child!” Zarria screamed. “I’ve been worried sick!”
“Out.” Alice replies, looking down at the stone floor.
“Out? To where exactly?” Zarria demanded.
“The city.” Alice said.
“Which one?”
“The last one!”
Zarria looked at her student and gave out a heavy, disappointed sigh.
“For what reason child?” Zarria insisted.
“Crucible.” Alice said.
“Did it go well, I assume?”
“Uhh.. I fought other Guardians. Killed ‘em. They said I cheated!”
“Aha.”
“Shaxx got mad. Called me back at the Tower. Called my bow a stick, fought him, and lost miserably.”
“Oh.. Well-“
“My bow is now banned and if he sees my bow in Crucible ever again, I’ll be banned until I meet my second death.”
...
“Look at the bright side child, you’ve gained a new experience... of sorts...” Zarria said.
“Yeah.. I guess you’re right...” Alice lifted her head and looked at her mentor, waiting for a response.
Zarria looked down at her pupil, looked up at the wooden ceiling above them and then looked down at her pupil again.
“Bow practice starts now.” Zarria said.
Alice shook her head. “Sounds good to me!” She chuckled.
“Why King David’s Sling, child?” Zarria asked.
“Uh- well.. remember the time I went out on my own for ten months?”
“I do.”
“I stumbled in Italy. Unintentionally mind you..”
“What.”
“Saw Julius Caesar’s sculpture. Went into a museum. Found Bernini’s David and....”
“What!”
“...Stole it...”
“Why?!”
“It was to beautiful to just it leave there!”
...
Zarria sighed and shook her head in disagreement of Alice’s foolishness. Well. Just disappointment.
Zarria smirked. “Child. I’m trying to be a good mentor. Teaching you my ways. Stealing is not one of them.... but a good thing I taught you was having good tastes in art.”
