Well if they don’t matter in game why shouldn’t they sell them. People already pay for someone else to get them on their account. Having them for sale in the EV store would just cut out the parasitic middle man of hackers doing recoveries and let Bungie get all the money they are losing to those scumbags.
If the guns don’t make you win it’s not pay to win. What do you care if someone wants to skip the quest and buy it in the store?

People already pay for someone to get it for them, that is not legit. This would be Bungie getting the money to put back into the game and removes the incentive for players who would buy the gun from a recovery service to do so. Many players would rather do the quest for personal or financial reasons and they could but if someone was gonna buy their Luna anyway they might as well buy it from Tess.

The problem with complaining because you did it legit in Season 4 is that many many players did not do it legit in season 4 and still have the gun. During season 4 matchmaking suffers while stacked recovery teams of kids who got Not Forgotten are stomping through comp on the accounts of people who have a 0.7 kd and 150 Glory. There are also some recovery services that are hacking. None of this is secret you can watch people doing this on stream on twitch almost 7 days a week. Selling it from Eververse while leaving the quests active in season 5 plus lets players who are going to buy the gun buy it from Bungie and keeps these leeches from ruining people who play legit’s fun. I was completely against this idea at first but the more I think about it the more I realize it is the right move.

Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s not right that hacking into an acct to acquire the weapon for someone else or even legit acct recovery. But do you really think selling the weapons in Eververse, becoming pay to win, is the right answer? I don’t think so. They need to ban the practice or make it difficult to do so.

작성자: TattooedOni 11/25/2018 1:23:03 AMDude wake up! It’s pay to win right now. People already pay to not earn the guns! They have never done anything to address the problem, so I don’t think they will. If they aren’t going to shut down recoveries they should sell the guns direct.
