1k Voices Rage Post
I just want an option to earn rewards and not have to be "lucky". Ive completed the raid over 20 times. Opened over 20 chests. -blam!- RNG!
LET ME EARN REWARDS!
I dont care if "in order to earn the 1k voices" you have to complete the raid 50 times. I would be happy to do it. At least that way I know that eventually I would EARN the reward I so seek.
-blam!- RNG reward systems. Cant wait for Anthem. Hopefully their rewards refelct the time put into the game and not lady luck.

I see a lot of keep at it, the grind is real posts. I would agree and hell i wouldnt even complain except you can only get three fuking keys a week. This is another problem. If you could get a key after every run then I would save enough to open every chest and boom 1k voices!? Right? Oh wait theres a video showing proof that even if a fire team opens ever chest there may not be a 1k voices? Jesus Fuking Christ

The game needs more "smart RNG" with bad luck protection that slightly increases your chance of getting the rare item over time. Some players will get the item early, others later, but all within a reasonable amount of grind and player time. I don't see them doing this much because I perceive they have metrics based on numbers of active players per day. When the players get the reward they are looking for, they stop playing the activity (because they have already repeated the same activity over and over and over). So it may be in Bungie's self interest to NOT give you the reward to keep you repeating that loop, and keep the daily player numbers high.

3 답변The thing is you have to treat the keys as engrams where there is a designated reward for the key when it drops. I'm almost certain the rewards are in the key's coding and not in the chests. The chests just serve as a way to get the reward. The relationship between the key and a chest is the same as engrams to Master Rahool. It's already predetermined. That being said, RNG isn't necessarily the wrong option here for rewards. If they made it RNG to get 1K or complete 50 raids to get it people wouldn't really have anything to complain about. You could get lucky and get it early but if RNG is being a cruel mistress, just complete the raid 50 times and you'll get it anyways. More ways to earn the same powerful rewards is almost always the best approach.

Got it on my second kill, so definitely does not require massive amount of completions unless your luck just plain sucks. I will say the loot in general in the raid is total rubbish though. Why curated drops are so rare is ridiculous. I'd rather the raid weapons be rare, but always be the curated roll when they drop from bosses. Make random roll versions only be in the chests instead. Would make people run the raid more often as the rewards would be better. I've not had one single curated roll weapon at all. I really want that Chattering Bone, so I still need to farm Riven despite having 1k voices :/

2 답변The main reason I hate the chests is because it makes us think we can influence what we get, which is stupid and pointless. If you're going to make something drop randomly like the Vex or Leviathan Ghost, that's fine. But by giving us the false idea that we can influence the outcome is one of the biggest lies you can tell.

3 답변Can anyone tell me if Anthem is a 3rd person shooter or a first person shooter? I’ve seen a few previews but it’s always some goofball flying around and very little combat... I enjoy FPS but TPS annoys me, gunplay always feels off in 3rd person games. I don’t mind action/stealth/rpg in 3rd person, but definitely not a shooter

No matter what they do this place is flooded with posts whining about exotics. I don't have 1KV and I'd love to. It is a cool gun. But let's be honest, it really isn't something that has a use. What activity am I going to use 1KV for that I can't use something else for equal or better success?

I ran through first bossfight yesterday on fresh raid run and ran over a legendary engram wich transformed into an exotic granting Shards of Galanor. Rng loves me... Got my Ghallahorn in D1 on my first run in Crota aswell. Inbetween these lycky runs I tend to get the same over and over again. I had 4 Ghallahorns within 2 months play back in D1. I hope to get 4 voices just to annoy the clanmates :)

I got it yesterday on my hunter after 24 completions keep at it Guardian I nearly give up as well last week but someone also told me to not give up so I didn’t and you know what I done the raid I didn’t save any keys played on my alt character for fun my hunter I went -blam!- it let’s see what happens then boom that shiny exotic dropped 👍

1 답변Opened over 20 chests still nothing, my destiny experience lately goes like this 1) log in once a week (reset) 2) kill riven 3 times (cheese ofc, i don't have time nor need to do the whole raid) 3) open 3 chests --> be disappointed, then rage quit the game til the next reset yay

My buddy had to do the crota raid 118 times to get the black hammer to drop, I agree that certain weapons, especially raid exotics should be a guarantee in some way weather it’s a certain number of completions or to kill a boss in a certain amount of time. Just relying on rng is now and always has been BS.

13 답변Funny you say 50 raids to get it yet you are only at 20 why would this method be better? I highly doubt it will take you 50 raids to get it yet you want it to be a "quest" of do 50 and you get it for sure? Idk with your 20 completes your comment makes zero sense
