There’s a couple of reasons people wouldn’t use it despite it being good, first and foremost, it’s an energy weapon which means it has to compete with badlander, retold tale, ep shottie, mindbenders, trust and of course Luna’s so you won’t be seeing a lot of people giving up their meta babies for a pulse like that... which leads into the next reason, there are better pulses out there, hell even within the energy category you have gravitons still, inaugural address and my personal favourite right ride of wrong... on top of those you have the kinetic bad bois that are broadsword, go figure, chattering bone and of course bygones, so it has to compete with all of those, maybe it’ll be picked up more at some point but right now since it’s fixed rolls there’s not a lot of reasons to use it over what I mentioned above.
