작성자: Slevi 11/18/2018 9:04:30 PMBecause people are naturally selfish. Why spend 2+ hours in a raid, when i can easily get it done in 40 minutes? And even when we do sherpa a newbie through the raid, sometimes they never appreciate it. "Thanks for the raid guys." Only to never see them again.

작성자: CAT4 11/18/2018 11:53:49 PMIt takes time to help someone in the raid. I've help plenty of new people. But, from my viewpoint, there is an endless supply of first timers. I just don't have that kind of time I can give out for free anymore. I still have yet to help out all of my friends. On my first riven raid, I think I spent like 10+ hours (don't remember). Since I struggled on my first raid, I don't want to repeat those struggles or be reminded about it. Fortunately this raid is easy enough to carry 1-2 new guardians with little to no struggle if u have a good stacked team.

The raid mechanics in D2 are extremely punishing to new raiders and most experienced raiders these days just don't want to deal with those problems. Since Bungie are too stupid to realize that purely rng systems have massive drawbacks; one of them being the creation of scenarios where most players just want to get to the dice roll at the end of the quest asap so they can minimize time between dice rolls and maybe eventually get their loot. In summary, raid mechanics that heavily punish teams for teaching new players and a loot system that heavily encourages speed running are the reason raiders these days simply refuse to teach new raiders.

1st: Get to a minimum of 560 - 570. Then: Join the 100 community and look for games that would be starting that are around a good time for you: join games where newcomers are welcome. After that, you can use r/fireteams in reddit if you wanna look for ppl to join you. It has a recommended format, so make sure to specify platform and whether you're looking for members or a group. I only use the lfg app here if I need something quick and non-personal. Reddit is a longer wait but higher quality, and the 100 is good for scheduled games. Watch plenty of guides and raid runs.

You are 540 light that is why. You could also try to make your own group and explain what it is you want to do. But first I recommend getting to 560 light at minimum as it makes things easier for you and more people will take you.

3 답변Don't use the LFG here. Go to The100 or other lfg sites where you can at least let people know what you have or have not done when it come to the raids.

작성자: Bieltan 11/18/2018 8:54:11 PMI've seen quite a few sherpa runs advertised on LFG recently. Saw a few groups on XB1 LFG that were open to newbies whilst I was looking on Saturday. I could also try to arrange a run for you sometime, if you like. You'll want to be higher than 539PL though. Yeesh.

4 답변All you can do is look at vids and tell them up front. Also having a clan helps as that’s where I started. Guided games has a wait time but you could also try that
