Question about reporting
Are offers for account recoveries something I can report a player for?
Without mentioning their name, I came across someone who offered to do an account recovery for me to get Luna’s Howl.
Is this something that Bungie doesn’t allow?

Yeah, youre supposed to be able to. If you click on their name on Bungie.net, you can see their profile and report them for whatever. Solicitation is one of the things you can report for. Maybe find a "ninja", they are supposed to be able to help.
