Magnificent Howl perk doesnt proc in pve activities when crit’ing yellow bar ogres and some other types of enemies. Seems like well of Radiance and rifts dont let the perk proc just like how white nail from whisper doesnt proc. Can someone take a look at that on PC platform plz :) thank you! i included a youtube link so you guys can check it out! Also: i have a targeting adjuster mod on my not forgotten.
