Star the post regardless your opinion. I want as accurate a poll as I can get.
I think the majority of solo players have made their point on the forum that bungie never reads, so if you disagree say why
I personally think that the current system requires no skill at all. I think the only way to really judge skill is to do so solo, and that to accurately judge someone's skill we need to remove the team aspect and bring back assists as a separate bracket. But that's just me. What do you think?
I don't think that we should only have solo for Comp, but we need a change
Edit: I've had to edit once already because of technicality, so let's put this fair, explain your vote regardless of what you choose.
I personally do not think one skill can be judged in a team with the current mechanics in place. Comp is based on skill, so why is that not reflected?
Reiteration: the number of replies and stars is what it takes for bungie to see this. Just polls taken won't be enough. Even if you don't have a comment please star it if you want them to see it.
Thanks
yay more edits
Edit number 3: it's really sad I have to say this but there are children amongst us who can't keep thing mature. I will tolerate disrespect towards myself to an extent. I will not tolerate it towards other members. Be respectful or don't be here at all.
any day now bungie
Edit number 4: I'm not a new player by any means. I've been playing destiny for a while. I've seen some ups, some downs, quite a bit of it all. Don't come in here expecting me to not know what I'm talking about. Don't do that to yourself.
let's change it up a bit from edits
Can anyone tell me why comp is meant for teams?
last edit I do believe
The majority of comments that don't involve point changes is simply have a solo que. Put solos against solos, and teams against teams. Thanks for playing guys. It's been fun

1 답변Considering how bass ackwards PVP in Destiny is, I'd go with yes. I'd typically be a no here in a general sense, but in this case yeah it's probably better overall to make it less brutal to do alone. I have team members at my disposal buy still find it hard to group 4 ppl routinely to do it.
-
The emphasis is on solo. We all know that currently actual gun skill just plays a minor role in Comp. Your main skill must be in networking and finding 3 other ppl that can spend equal time concurrently with you in the Crucible. The rest is done by the Matchmaker, who as we know, gives you heavy "friendship" bonus and most of the time pits you against a bunch of solos with a default win for you. Other games with working matchmakers do not have this problem. Overwatch players do no queue up with their friends full stack, because they know the matchmaker gives them equally stacked opponents. I wish Bungie would have the same preferences. But as we know, Bungie emphasizes the friendship endgame.

Online competitive. Lag makes a big difference to how you fair, so a lot of this so called skill is just luck, and makes it very unfair for several players. The grind is fine, and having to win is fine. No one is asking for a handout, only for a fairier system that can take into account all factors. Just no point loss, or de rank. I can hold my own, however my shotgun rarely one shots, and I often feel like I'm playing in an open field with no cover. I try to compensate for it as mucn as I can, however there is only so much I can do.

2 답변My major complaint is that matchmaking is practically rigged. of all the games i played to get luna. what it would do was start searching for a 4 stack for the opponents then just put me and 3 other randoms together with no connection. and the one time i played with 3 friends, the enemy team was 4 randoms that got rolled. call me ass if you want but when its 4 randoms vs a 4 stack theres probably a 90% chance the 4 stack is gonna win without much effort

I'm in the unpopular category, I think a team is needed for glory. On my first comp game I said at least this game mode needs dedicated servers and better matchmaking. A solo player should be able to play it and advance in it, at least till 2500 points. But let's be real, it's not 1v1 or 1v4 it's 4v4 so in essence a team play gamemode. "You" weren't the terminator in all your solo matches, the blueberries helpt. Since (in my opinion) nobody uses voice chat in a match unlike counter strike, bungie should take into consideration the difference in communication when placing 4 randoms against a full stack. However they should not screw the team orientated gamemode. There should be stricter penalties for quitting too many matches or sabotage. The people negatively affected by this should be rewarded some glory points as compensation if foul play was involved or reduced in case of winning thanks to a cheating teammate. Also regardless if you won or not you shouldn't play against the same team/ people next match.

Do I think the rewards should be doable for NON top tier solo players? No. Top tier solo players? Yes. Currently I think the reward structure is fine, if not a little too forgiving. I think Not Forgotten is a chase that only some mediocre players will finish, which is fine. I would like rewards for best of the best. Like if we had an exclusive Rumble reward for the top tier bracket, I would love that.

I actually prefer overwatch match making, teams of 3 or more in a 6v6 queue can be matched against full teams of 6 and anything over 4 you will always face an equal team. If you 6 stack you will always face higher level competition. You can go in as a team of 6 in diamond and be against 4 masters and 2 diamonds etc. the match making assumes if you’re in a team of 6 you will be naturally more coordinated than solo players and forces you to play much higher level competition.

2 답변작성자: SparkySergeant 10/6/2018 7:49:56 PMI am about to start playing comp but if it’s anything like Quickplay, my biggest issue being a solo player is being the best player on the losing team.

The entire rotating playlists need to be deleted and replaced with mode choice. The ignorant "playerbase isn't large enough" issue is just the war cry of the mentally challenged. They had enough playerbase to introduce Gambit(a terrible mode with stupid constant invasion mechanics during primeval and quests that require people actually don't play the objective to get guns that don't have anything to do with the mode). They had enough playerbase in D1. Until they undo the stupidity of rotating playlists I'll continue to avoid it. I couldn't care less about the half assed pulse rifles. While we're at it, why doesn't it seem to bother anyone that your seasons 1-3 accomplishments don't matter? All the rank 50s we got in Vanguard and Factions mean nothing. Sure, Forsaken is an improvement... but this "blank slate" mentality of "seasons " is the opposite of rewarding. We should have a constant tally, and a million emblems don't solve the problem.
-
1 답변I want personal accomplishments noticed. One of my last matches I got 30 kills and my team still lost, my back is still numb from it. I shouldn't be punished because bungie left me with the kids who ride the short bus

18 답변I think in Rumble mode I dominate the entire match but in every other single Crucible playlist I placed dead last
-
1 답변No. But I do feel like rewards should go off of personal score. Did you do well capping the zones, defending, getting kills? Here you go, some points for you for playing the mode correctly and doing well.
-
2 답변The problem is solos getting matched against stacks, Bungie's refusal to do anything about it is plain laziness. Plenty of games solved this problem years ago, no reason why Destiny can't.
-
17 답변Make a competitive rumble playlist. Solos can play rumble and teams can play the other comp playlist
-
3 답변I want an option at the end of each match where you can select which team mates you would like to play again with in the future and also an option to carry on with the same team. It would be much better than the current win/loss preservation matchmaking and would be easier for solo players to get good win streaks going without the hassle of organising things outside the game.
-
I voted no, as I believe that If a player can’t create a fire team via the app or LFG and go into competitive with the correct amount of players and communication lines open with party chat or such, they should enjoy the loss and never complain about the outcome.
-
4 답변They should add a special weapon that is tied to rumble that would satisfy solo players but you'd get the young ones still on here complaining about it

작성자: ImStillCasual 10/6/2018 9:52:06 PMThis poll was poorly devised and honestly doesn’t read like an intelligent argument. I can only imagine what kind of post would appear if Bungie actually made a solo only competitive mode and the same players were still stuck in the same rut.
-
If there's a competitive rumble playlist or whatever they wanna call FFA in the crucible, it should be doable by a solo player If it's a competitive control playlist or clash or whatever, as long as it's a TEAM based playlist it should not be doable as a solo queue player. You shouldn't jump into a team based competitive playlist and expect not to get stomped by a coordinated team. But I suck ass at crucible in general so I just don't play it, so don't listen to me I guess
