Until Bungie decides to expand the map and add more public events, nevermind the dumpster fire that was the Osiris campaign.

14 답변It is easy to do. Heroic adventure. Public event. 2x lost sector. Dont know why everyone thinks it is hard when it can be done in 20 minutes.
-
1 답변Easiest flashpoint in the game. The heroic adventure on its own is 50% of your score.

I actually like Mercury. It’s just too small. The forest should have been used for nearly everything there, including public events. They could have used it to make the most varied adventures and public events. Or even just for fun exploration. Instead, it sits closed unless you replay an adventure or story mission. Wasted potential.

작성자: Corrick II 10/6/2018 4:49:50 AMThe PE isn't that bad, it's actually a really fun PE despite its frequency and being the only one on Mercury. It's the Adventures. Oh man, what a pain in my ass. Running down a long ass hallway, only to slog through a bunch of ads that are only there as a time sink so the levels can load, only to spend five minutes running around shooting more ads in an encounter that doesn't make much sense other than to just... shoot stuff. And then you have to teleport back and run down more long hallways? The Infinite Forest is just the worst.

When I first played through the Osiris Campaign, I thought it was cool. And when Osiris says to visit anytime, I thought that meant you can go into the Infinite Forest. Was let down and that planet just blows. Give it to the cable

2 답변It was the fastest flash point yet. Doing the heroic adventure milestone there gave me 50% on its own.

Mercury is not that bad. Of course, heroic adventures are horrendous because of Infinite Forest, but first heroic and you have 50%, an then speedrun lost sector ( acrius, super, sleeper on boss) 2-3 times and one public event. For me it is less boring than doing only PE x10000 on other planets.
-
What I do, this is for all flashpoints, is do the heroic adventure, two heroic public events (if it’s too late to heroic it, three or four normal public events will work), then two lost sectors, fastest way so far for me
-
Day 1 I combined one of the Spider's bounties with the Lost Sector, did the heroic adventure and caught the public event twice; one normal, one heroic. 95% completion. If only they were all this easy so I could get back to the new content at the Dreaming City quicker. I do agree though that opening up the Infinite Forest as a patrol area would be a much appreciated move.

5 답변Or you could just do the Heroic Adventure and clear the Lost Sector and be done with it....

I do agree that it is garbage. It would be cool if they had a small team dedicated to revamping mercury. Allow sparrows when patrolling, and take the interim sections (with the gates and the “demons” or whatever to open them) out of the infinite forest and replace them with a weekly rotation of past areas. So that the art team doesn’t have a stroke, I would be happy if they just made the destiny 1 patrol spaces rotate weekly in the infinite forest, with certain changes to make them a bit more fresh. Then, they could even remake vault of glass, Crota’s end, and prison of elders via infinite forest. Maybe even have a simulation Cayde-6 somewhere to keep you company and handle your bounties. Just an idea.

Bungie wasted one of the most beautiful environments in the game on a story mission, an adventure, and a strike. Mercury of the Past. It should have been a patrol space too. I wish the story would have allowed us to return Mercury to it's former glory.

However, I will absolutely agree to Bungie expanding the map. Mercury has potential, the problem is that its been squandered.
