Solstice of hero's shirt or randomize theft... same thing in reality

why are people who live in my town and ordered their solstice of hero's shirt a week after me getting their shirt two days ago and i have not been told anything? i mean its cool you steal my money charge me $40 dollars to keep playing the game and have no customer service reps to fix these kinds of problems. what do you do bungie? oh that's right you outsource the shirts and the only people I can contact cant do anything because they cant see that information so you can't or don't want to answer for this bullshit. i mean yeah lets just hope the people who paid for your products don't go to their banks and have the money refunded because of theft. good on ya bungie

Also, the BungieStore website and this forum are two different systems, complaining here does absolutely nothing concerning your feedback on customer support as found on the BungieStore website. You need to use the contact form there to contact BungieStore customer service, not this forum. I know you're frustrated that you've not received your order yet, but it does take time to process. The other people in your town are not you, and their order processing may have occurred more quickly because of options chosen at the time of checkout. Their order is not your order; the only order you should be concerned with is yours, so what, exactly, does your order actually say?
