You like nerfing, right Bungie? Nerf the cheap stomp mechanic you have in place instead of only nerfing what makes the game fun.
It's frustrating to approach certain enemies with sword, shotguns, and even SUPERS to only get knocked half way across the map or into a wall and die.
Atleast make so you're immune to the knock back while you're in super

1 답변Nerf? No, otherwise every group with a large number of EP shotguns is gonna melt things even faster. Give it more of a cool down? Yeah that I'd be on board with. There have been occasions when I have successful meleed to stop the stomp, start unloading with my shotgun, and seconds later, another stomp. It's overkill.

This stomp ability needs a a cool down the boss should melee normally until it recharges that what solves it in my opinion ... seriously bungie the radius of that stomp is killing it like chuck noris wana be i dont mind the knock back it makes the fight a bit tasty i mean we are getting abused by those stomps hell they even abuse there abilities even more

1 답변Nah, they don't need to nerf them. What they should do is stop over using the mechanic as if that is the only option they have, problem solved.

8 답변Melee/Swords are all but worthless on bosses right now. Imagine actually being able to fight a big enemy with your sword, taking turns blocking, slashing, even parrying (we really need a parry/counter stance with swords) a boss in heated combat, holding a boss in one place while your team dumps ammo into him. The STOMP just makes it so the awesome melee options we already have never get used.

2 답변I love dropping my super rift only to be insta-stomped out of it and launched far enough away that it wastes a third or more of my supers time limit. Then to make it worse, they insta-stomp you again the moment you re-enter it. Screw that, it’s cheap and nothing else.

No. They need to remove them entirely. Either that or every time they do a stomp attack it also scatters any near by enemies, damaging any that hit an object that would injure a buardian, and the stomp attack leaves them temporarily staggered from the energy it took to do it. The gigastomp is the, single, cheapest, mechanic I have seen in the history of videogame design. It's basically to keep you from running up behind an enemy and spamming them with damaged while their back is to you and they can't attack you, which, guess what, is the way that you SHOULD AND WOULD ATTACKL SOMETHING FOUR TIMES YOUR SIZE. Get in unnoticed, slash it's Achilles tendons, then stab it to death while it's on the ground screaming impotently to it's unfeeling gods. Make it hard to kill by having phases, or by having weak spots you have to exploit. -blam!-ing hell, kingdom hearts figured out how to do that. The bullet sponge giga stomping bosses need to go. You know, there's a reason the raids always seemed obtuse and unenjoyable to me. Know why that is? No it's not "because it's haaaard", it's because they demand physics to get through the event that you see nowhere else in the game. It's not communication like "our position is being stormed, we need backup" it's communication like "okay I'm standing on the plate doing the arbitrary thing, you can start tickling the divine aardvark while team be spins in slow circles on that those glowing platforms, now the guy with the glowing orb can insert it into the giant statue's scrotum in order make it come to life and piss in the giant golden toilet until it's full enough for us to swim across. Why? Because that's how they decided it works. Not for any real reason, just, that's how they decided it works. Doesn't have to be anything reasonable as long as it's something to make sure that everyone's doing their random chore to progress the event.

1 답변작성자: Xienthius 10/4/2018 1:50:47 PMGreat now the 'Nerf' illness has spread to PvE. Jokes aside, meh, feel so so on it. In supers, you can become immune to it, but to a point where you must do things to avoid being thrown back. What I do think, is not to exactly nerf them. But to reduce the amount of times a Boss can do them in a space of time. For example, Bracus spams it like it's his child. They have no cooldown. If they had a cool down of like five seconds, or maybe 10 and move to a different move set, it would be golden.
