Hunters are so underwhelming right now in pve and pvp compared to Titan and Warlocks. Dont get me wrong ive always been a fan of all 3 but just looking at base class hunters have the worst class ability period. Hunters can heal a team or boost damage by 25%. Titans have an infinite reload mini barricade or a big one good enough to block a hallway or protect teammates. There is also the new supers and how frequent you can use them. The main part about all the balancing i dont get is why did orpheus rig get so nerfed especially when tether has also been decreased but warlocks exotic skull of dire ahamkara got a buff to give instant nova bomb even quicker. In pvp Hunters dont even pose a threat as an encounter. Their melee is slow compared to other and isnt one shotting people left and right like titans do. Theyre the only ones without a pulse grenade and the going back to the melee point, hunters cant even dodge roll out of a titan shoulder charge due to the insane tracking on it and can kill multiple at once. A melee should not one shot much less multikill. An Insurmountable Skullfort is definitely the definition of broken right now. How havent you even nerfed that yet? And shotguns range in pvp is ridiculous at this point. A shotgun should never out dps a hand cannon or assualt rifle at medium range. Its the most annoying thing meta wise right now. But back on track to hunters. You gotta throw them a bone. Right now they feel so weak and i love my hunter but I definitely am starting to feel to weak to compete with the others. Warlocks with well of radiance subclass can get grenades melees and rift back nonstop through passives alone. Titans hammers on the new solar sub comes back instantly if you pick it up and starts regen? While the hunter throwing knifes are good once you actually get them at 3 stacks it doesnt even compare to a hammer that gets stronger, heals and comes back instantly. Warlock melee empowers for 25% more damage and can be shared to nearby team causing the warlock to get grenade, rift and their melee again. How is that even balanced? Giving i am sad to see Hunters in such a terrible spot right now, I am very much enjoying Forsaken btw. Good content but definitely needs balancing.
