Can we please take the need for masterwork cores in infusion. You need alot of them to make something masterworked but you also need them to infuse? An on top of that their not even that commom. Maybe its just me but i want to use some of this gear but i cant infuse because of not having any cores

5 답변In my opinion an easy fix for this is to have masterwork core bounties, 5 a day that each give out 1, maybe a weekly one that gives out 10 or 20. Another guaranteed way to get cores without buying them.

Have no idea how to get master work cores other than dismantling master work items, and those have been few and far between. I'm never going to have enough to infuse anything let alone master work something.

13 답변Masterwork Cores should be a commodity. Infusing should cost us something. We asked for a grind and we got it. These are my main points in a nutshell but to get in further detail let's look at most of our infusion behavior prior to forsaken. Now most of us myself included got to max power lvl rather quickly after warmind or osiris or vanilla, whatever. As such we wanted to vary our load outs a bit so we started infusing the ever living crap out of everything. It didnt cost ANYTHING it was just something you did. This needed to change. Now in reference to OPs issue with rerolling his M/R/R stats I can sort of see the issue but with the new armor perk system those stats take a major backseat to them. Personally I have yet to attempt the armor masterwork system since forsaken, but i feel like greater resistance to certain damage types seems much more useful than stat rolls. Here's why when pve we all have our playstyle that is either great or not as great against certain enemies. I thought it was just me but I noticed playing gambit everybody has a preference. Me for example I roll over taken fallen and vex easily, but struggle against scorn and cabal big enemies. The M/R/R stats dont help with that higher resistance to solar damage definitely does. TLDR: we are used to the old system and have to change how we think to give the new system a chance.

You mean features that you want to be able to use in the game yet it’s gated behind more RNG? Similar to how people are getting the new exotics and destroying in crucible meanwhile I got DARCI and worthless feedback gloves.

1 답변Can we agree with removing for infusion. But they should be rare and expensive for master working weapons and armour. Can anyone confirm that dismantling a sub with a full masterwork perk, will I get all those masterworks back?

10 답변작성자: bdog069 9/25/2018 2:15:56 AMBungie Replied on the matter of Masterwork Cores and said that they still need feedback from the dev team, and based on how Bungie replied there are two possibilities. 1. Removing masterwork cores from the infusion system which I hope that's the case. 2. Increasing the droprate for Masterwork Cores by a small bit more or put them as rewards for bounties which I don't really mind that much.

I think that if there was a viable way to get your hands on Masterwork cores and weapon mods that this whole thing would be that bad. My only gripe with the current system is that it is very hard to get your hands on Masterwork cores and weapon mods

You can infuse an item with the same item for only glimmer. You can also buy exotics from collections and use it to infuse an item to your current light level for only glimmer and materials. Only use masterwork cores to infuse something that is absolutely necessary. Wtf

4 답변If they remove it then they need to increase the other costs, at least trebled I would say. It need to be a definitive choice to infuse and masterwork an item.

So much going on with forsaken. Now getting masterwork cores are like getting exotic shards from d1. They are a PITA to get and I wish they would drop more often or spider sold them at a cheaper cost. Feel like I have to clock in and go to work farming for everything to upgrade stuff. Feels like that’s half of or maybe 3/4 of the game play.

1 답변Start looking for cores. They don't just pop in your inventory. Not more than 2-3 anyway. Bungie should definitely express their "why" about making infusion so costly, and one thing I noticed in my own game style is this: I don't run anymore with just 2 favorite weapons from leveling to high end, which you bet was happening before, when I took infuse for granted.

2 답변Pssssssst, next week you will get higher powered stuff,no need to infuse until you reach Max power Lvl and by then you should have plenty.I have masterworks a few must have guns but other than that waiting and stock piling,I guess some figure out how to play others just complain and we get y1 d2 again.

I could understand using 1 or maybe 2 if you were infusing a lesser item into a better one i.e. a rare into a legendary, or an exotic.. the higher the jump in quality, the more cores. However, legendary-legendary or exotic-exotic takes no cores. Legendary-exotic 1 core etc...

3 답변Article posted today says that they are considering removing Masterwork cores for infusion. They will most likely stay the same otherwise

I’m not bothered by requiring them for infusion, not with the new masterwork tier system. But, I do think they need a clear path for how to acquire them. Some activity where they have a better drop rate, or a bounty you can do for them, or a vendor you can buy more than a few per day from without the price becoming prohibitively expensive. I’m fine with infusion and masterworking being things you have to carefully consider and only do with your favorite items, but if that’s the case, we need to be able to grind specifically for the materials we need, instead of just doing the general grind and hoping for them to drop randomly from whatever activities we’re doing anyway.

3 답변I think it's too easy as it stands. They should add a cost of at least 10 mod components to infuse armor and weapons. I think you should also only be able to infuse into weapons of the same type and same slot. Armor should also only be infused by using the same type of armor piece. If that is too easy then make it so you can only infuse weapons and armor of the same rarity as well.
