The real observation is the following: Now that Bungie has completely obliterated and gutted PE rewards, aside from an uncommon heroic PE bounty, what is even the point of activating the heroic version? Rewards are a blue and a couple mats. (Rarely a legendary) It's just not worth it anymore .

To be honest are people even trying at all to make them heroic or do they just believe that has no value to them and ending it for the sake of time?
