How are people getting exotics
Not complaining just was wondering how people have getting any exotics and would appreciate any help

4 답변I've gotten several since Forsaken dropped. Usually from Ranking up Crucible and Gambit, and from doing Daily and Weekly Milestones. Though there is one farm method that I use. I did it one night after work and got one Exotic. Though it is rather random, here's what you do: 1. Wait until one of the Story Missions is Nothing Left to Say. 2. Pop a Fireteam Medallion and launch in. 3. Run past all the ads until you reach the Fanatic. Kill him. 4. Go to orbit and repeat. The Fanatic is guaranteed to drop a Legendary and has a pretty good chance to drop Exotics. Even if you don't get an Exotic, you'll still get easy Shards.

It’s 100% random. I’ve had them drop from high lvl characters in strikes, picked up an exotic in the Trickster story mission. Haven’t had any from chests or during public events. They just randomly dropped from killing enemies in strikes or bounty activity quests.

So far I have gotten my exotics from a daily adventure for powerful gear, two during gambit matches, one from punching a triple orange bar during a heroic public event in the tangled shore, and from turning in gun smith materials. They will start showing up for you eventually.

I haven't gotten any forsaken ones outside lord of wolves to drop. I've been spamming blind well. That's where I got 2 of them. the other 4-5 dropped from strikes when I had the fire team medallion effect popped. And i've gotten one from a powerful engram.

Sounds like your best best is to just to daily and weekly challenges, and those drops can sometimes be exotics. Other than that, randomness is randomness. Adds are super rare to drop, and are duplicates more often than not. I've heard Blind Well can reward exotics, but I've never seen it happen myself.
