I purchased a fated engram from Xur today and received a Nezarec's Sin. I already had a Nezarec's Sin in my collection for my Warlock. In fact, the only missing exotic armor pieces I need are from the Forsaken expansion. Same with any weapons I need with the exception of quest locked ones. Are Forsaken exotics not eligible for Fated Engram drops? If so, it should say so in the tool tip. Edit: Thanks to Xaren and dcbaseball - Was announced in posts leading up to Forsaken.
