Sad.
But at least all you whiners will stop crying about it for two days...
Can’t wait for the flood of whining when those same people get to the 25 precision kills in crucible step. How many days before bungle nerfs that to normal kills.
edit: I stated this in several replies, but to be clear, this is not about elitism. I don’t care who has or gets the gun, it effects my enjoyment zero percent if every single player has the ace, it is a fun gun after all.
My issue is that Bungie made a very good gun, set it behind a very reasonable quest, then nerfed said quest because of people crying. That is bad for the game in my opinion. Vanilla d2 suffered from just handing everything out.
Not everything should be attainable without considerable effort. And as for it’s part of the story, ok so is every raid weapon. Should those be guaranteed drops? No, you have to put it in the effort.

I had fun doing the quest and it didn’t take long at all. I completely understand that other people basically can’t do the quest and are not having fun at all. I say it’s ok to nerf the quest because die hards are already had their fun and got the gun weeks ago. You know that for a fact. I didn’t even play a single game of comp last season but now I can get redrix. Whoop dee doo. That quest will take months with 5 comp resets.

There's enough high end grind and challenges in the game for us to lose one and it not matter. Let the noobs have their awesome Handcannon! With exotics being as rare as they are I think this is a nice "well at least you can have this" for everyone after beating the story.

I am perfectly fine if PVP modes have their own unique Exotic weapons and quest associated with it, but Ace of Spaces is not one of them. Especially since it was part of a Pre-order (Ace of Space ornament), people didn't expect to be forced to PVP to be able to obtain the weapon and use their pre-order item! So people felt rightfully bait and switched by Bungie! Get it in your heads that not everyone likes PVP. I like PVP myself, but not in the Destiny games. I hate it! I am here for the PVE experience.

These people had the same chance to get it as everyone else and you know what? there should be gear you have to be good enough to get. So everyone doesn’t have it but I forgot, Destiny is mostly playstation kids who cry
