UPVOTE IF WORLDS FIRST SHOULD GO TO NON-CHEATERS!
I think its absolute bullshit that Bungie is going to give Indica and his cheating team worlds first. They were all 560+ thanks to a prime engram glitch. Bungie SHOULD strip their titles and reset ALL of their gear to 500. Any of game worths its salt would have done so.
Way to ruin a great DLC with bad decision making. Dont even get me started with locking the 3rd subclass behind the 1st boss. Edit: Cosmo said there will be alternative ways to get the 3rd seed in the future.
To be clear, Im less mad about worlds first, and more frusterated with how they achieved it. Cheating/Exploiting/ETC is in fact against TOS and is unethical.
Gladly muting anyone willing to defend this crap. This isn't a change my mind post, and I dont care about the words of someone who supports exploitation.

I thought cheats was entering a code like "power overwhelming" or down left left right right up x b y. Or 3rd party software to get an advantage like baalrun bots. Edit: 18 hours in a raid is long enough and I think that is a good indicator that they deserved it.

6 답변The Prime Engram thing isn't a glitch. It's part of how the modifier works. The buff is character specific, not worldwide in the game, so therefore it only registers as losing the buff if you pick up the engram. It is not a glitch or a cheat, it is simply taking advantage of how the game's code works.

1 답변Everything that happened, happened on purpose. All planned and suited to the twitch community for views and glory. You think the worlds first raid would be a team not streaming? LOL Bungie = set up glory balls. I love helping people out at a lower light level, spent about 5 hours in the well with nothing left to gain just to help people out. Even tried to join a guys fireteam to help with a lost sector and got booted :(

My stance would be determined by what stance Bungie took when players obtaining prime engrams through the glitch and also their views on what would come, if players exploited it after the fact!? those players would not see any prime engrams drop for some two to three weeks after the update! Let them have the win, but I’m hoping they don’t see a prime engram drop for some two to three weeks after the update! Sound fair? Make a mockery off it and all’s well in my book, so the only thing the team have actually won; is a win from unintended means by which they then incurred derision by default! it’s anther, meh-moment!

Using a legitimate mechanic to power up is not cheating. Cheating involves hacking or modifying code to gain an advantage unavailable to players of the unmodified game. And you are wrong, what they did is not against the TOS

8 답변He has a very valid point. Exploiting a glitch is cheating, end of story. They shouldn't be world's first because they cheated to make to easier for themselves.
