Planned fix for Weekly Challenge reset issue
Hello all,
We have identified a fix for players impacted by the erroneous Weekly Challenge reset that occurred on Saturday.
On Thursday, 9/13, Hotfix 2.0.2.1 will be deployed. Impacted players will be given proper Weekly Challenges and Powerful Rewards.

Hey dmg04, legit question here. I haven't had daily bounties reset for days now, pretty much since last saturday, my wife is in the same boat and I can only imagine others are now too. Are there plans to address this problem still happening or is the patch team even aware it's still happening? Is this normal behavior now? I'm just struggling to understand the changes to the reset timers, especially since it appears to not be working properly since launch.

4 답변Are the Weeklies still bugged then or not? I received a reward at 501 for completing Nessus activities, character is at approx 514, is this correct? If so I won't bother doing it next time.

7 답변I complete the weekly bounty - gateway between worlds and turned it in. Then when I fast traveled to Divalian Mists and tried to give the offering is have me the description "you lack an offering" and I noticed it wasn't in my inventory or postmaster, so therefore I couldn't complete the audience with the queen quest. Or complete 3 weekly bounties for the challenge that Petra offers. So I'm down 2 powerful gear. Will you be able to fix this bungie???

Lost my Offering reward, no compensation. Lost my Ascension reward, no compensation. And today I completed the wounded soldier bounty and it says completed, but I got no reward and it won't let me abandon and try again. This crap is stupid.

4 답변What you need to fix is the offering to oracle after completing blind well bounty. I lost my offering simply because my inventory was full after grinding... it should have gone to the postmaster. Now I cannot get my 3 weekly bounties done for Petra and am easily 4-5 light levels behind my group... come on Bungie... a lot of employees and finances but no brains....

3 답변Any chance you can make events like Escalation Protocol relevant ? (And selectable on planet) Maybe add more event Waves, random roll the current armour & weapons etc, introduce new gear Maybe use the system/mechanics and introduce them to other locations (A Cabal/Fallen & Taken horde mode would be great) Don’t kill off a DLC that’s only been around 3+ months I’ve not yet found a decent looking set of armour in Forsaken, IB, you’re my only hope!

5 답변Anyone having an issue with the wanted: combuster valus bounty? I just finished it with a clan member we both had the bounty he was able to turn in his but mine won't work. Can't restart the bounty and says I didn't finish it?

3 답변Hell with the way the game is going it might be easier to make the weekly reset into a daily reset with higher chance of powerful gear and power cores so your casual gamer base can level up I stead of pandering to the "hadcore" no life gamers who play 24/7.

I like this game but it’s getting old, it’s the same thing new shit comes out that is actually really cool and fun but people find bugs, cheat then IB comes they use those cheats then it’s strikes pvp redeem grind and so on and so forth

Edit: Wow! Lots of replies! Didn't think this thread would get this big...anyway let me bring some logic into this conversation instead of just frustration so you guys don't think im a total ass... -EVERY item in Collections should have "default" perks (including new Forsaken gear) allowing EVERYTHING to be re-acquired. Don't like the "default" perks? Thats Ok! EVERY item that drops as a reward (including year 1 gear) has random perks! Still cant find that God Roll?? Fully Masterwork an item to unlock the ability to Re-Roll its perks to find that perfect setup (re-rolling perks would cost Masterwork Cores...giving players a real reason to GRIND for that God Roll) ---Thats the system we SHOULD have gotten. -Infusion SHOULD NOT cost Masterwork Cores. Infusion was introduced in Destiny 1 allowing players to have an identity at max light level. Infusion is meant to be an on-the-fly mechanic of the game. Requiring it to cost Masterwork Cores doesnt allow players to have an identity anymore. Basically you equip what RNG drops for you if you want to be a higher light level, thats not fair and its a Dictatorship. Masterwork Cores are meant for masterworking weapons and armor pieces. That's literally their purpose in the game. Masterwork Cores are meant to be hard to get because a masterworked item is basically a "milestone" in a Guardians journey...it's something to behold...something to be envied. So making a very common action like infusion require a very rare material like Masterwork Cores is not logical and ruins the flow of the game.
