Bit of advice for gambit

1 답변Some of it may be people that only care about PVE and are playing Gambit because they have to for a quest or challenge. They either don't know or care. It's better for everyone, PVE and PVP, if quests don't force people to play Gambit or Crucible. Too many people that just care about the quest or simply completing a match and getting out. Also, people are stupid.

1 답변Also don’t solo que. Had multiple games where a player stayed in the spawn and just ran around so he didn’t get kicked and another game where some idiot just hordes motes and ran at the enemy invader. D bags in this game make my blood boil.

I think people either A) can't do basic math (e.g. "Huh, the board says we have 72 banked, and I'm holding 3 motes ... nope, not enough. Better kill some more adds!") or B) Don't pay attention the HUD and don't even realize that they're holding motes.

2 답변It pisses me off so -blam!-ing bad whenever I wipe out 5-6 enemies, then my damn teammates just skate in front of me and swipe the motes..... Without taking a single -blam!-ing shot to help out!!!! Then they turn a corner and literally get wiped out. Worst....shit....ever..... And please don't start in with that "it's a team game shit". If that's the case then it goes both ways. Don't just camp back for motes saving your super and crap, use the damn super to wipe out enemies faster so it can regenerate again.

I hate mote stealers that have a hand full of motes, your about to be able to pull a large blocker and the idiot takes the last 2 motes from your kill I don’t care if i kill something and people get the motes when I’m low on them myself or they have a high number (that’s teamwork) but quit making it feel like your fighting against your own team instead of the enemy team!

18 답변Blame Bungie, half the time it's not people simply being stupid, it's usually due to bounties, I've lost games where we only needed 5 motes for a prime but two of my allies wanted to dick around and get 15 each for the bounty that day. It's also far too easy to die in this game with the amount of 1 hit kill weapons in a game with shields (one of the many big reasons why pvp will never be balanced) far too easy for someone to just sit in the back of the map with sleeper and run largely unopposed, it's completely broken (for this game type) and at least 70% of every player does it..As usual, Bungie has it's typical problems with oversights and didn't see that as an issue, an easy fix, just make it require headshots for the one hit kill. I have a feeling the playerbase will drop and stagnate badly (for Gambit) once Malfeasance starts to become more available to people, I could be wrong but I feel like aside from the Ace of Spades quest, it's the only real major motivation for most people, it has it's fun potential but because Bungie continually makes objects motivation instead of fun, once people get those objects they back off from playing the objective.
