This is how it should be.
Edit: Just to be clear, I haven’t yet had a Forsaken exotic drop.

personally i like the drop rate where it is, they are exotics they should not feel like an every day thing. i have only gotten 1 drop playing everyday since launch. and im completely fine with it. The only thing i would like to see is less of a chance to get an exotic you already have.

switched to my titan alt to level it, got 2 new exotics in 2 hours from 2 weeklys and only had 1 old exotic helmet on my hunter main which played countless hours on from the start. honestly i was so happy getting the Queen breaker and trinity ghoul. i think it should stay this way.

2 답변I've gotten ST0MP-EE5, and Vigilance Wing, and IDGAF. I'd rather not have them all after 1-2 weeks of playing. Especially at a low light. I'd rather get them later on so I don't have to keep feeding glimmer, shards, cores, and mats into them.

작성자: CannyJack 9/12/2018 2:01:02 PMI think they've swung the pendulum too far in the other direction, personally, but I can live with it. Not like I get a vote, after all. I got the Stand Asides from a crucible match the other day; while one exotic in...probably 36 hours of play isn't the worst drop rate ever, I was still not particularly thrilled. (But then, most of the gear I've found so far is mediocre, except for the bow you get from Petra and the Go Figure. Scout rifles, especially, feel awful, which makes me sad because they're my favorite type).

2 답변
Exotics should be super rare (if not, not drop at all) for passive activity’s such as Story missions, Patrol, Normal strike playlist, Gambit & Crucible. The primary source for exotics should be the end game activities such as Nightfall, Nightfall high score, Raid & maybe even Tier 4 well. Since the raid hasn’t dropped yet we can’t be 100% sure, but we can assume this will be the main source for exotics. The most challenging activities should be the most rewarding. Putting 40 hours into levelling up, completing the story and the doing a few bounties to increase light shouldn’t be expected to drop the most elite items. If by investing 40+ hours into raids, having 20-30 completions and not receiving exotics, then there is a problem. At the moment they are fine. If people want to play casual, that’s absolutely fine. They just can’t expect to receive the most powerful rewards. To be honest, they shouldn’t need them for completing the Flashpoint or Adventures.
12 답변I’ve been saying this for a while now. Exotics should be super rare. I’ve put in 60+ hours since this released (yea I know that’s a lot in 1 week) and I’ve had 1 drop. I like the low rate. Keep exotics exotic.

No opinion one way or the other. I enjoy playing right now, end of story for me. I haven't been able to say I truly enjoy this game in quite a while so, I'm just not that concerned with drop rates right now. I enjoy making the drops I do get, work. It's led me to try combinations I probably otherwise wouldn't have. And, discover some new weapons I enjoy. Many of the new legendaries are fun experimenting with. Also with random rolls being back it just adds another dynamic to that. Best of luck to those who have valid concerns with this and feel something should be different about it. As for myself though, the grind to 600 is long so I think there will be plenty of time and opportunities for good drops along the way. I'm just not going to get bent out of shape over it. Besides, I remember times when green and white drops were still included in the loot pool regardless of your light/power or level. I'm just grateful those days are gone.
