90% of the people who play this game don't even enter the raid because Bungie hides it from us.
Seriously, who cares?
Edit: And it looks like I'm right again. People don't care.
Bungie should make the raid more friendly for everyone to enjoy instead of hyping up this worlds first BS.
Bungie brought back D1.. now we are back to the issues we had prior to the release of D2.
Matchmaking for everything. I spend more time looking for a fireteam for NF than it take to actually play the NF on PC? At the very least give us MM for NF's?

1 답변There is no point trying to go for worlds first if you play on console, you'll never get it. And here's why. PC will always get world's first due to having low load times and the movement speed is superior due to frame rates. Just look at all the fastest completions for everything in d2 they are all set on PC

2 답변Would absolutely love to know how Bungie “hides” the raid? It’s not like they shove it in a corner and don’t tell anyone. It’s the biggest end game experience of the game. It’s meant to be difficult, have high light level, and take time. And your claim that 90% of players don’t access it? What exactly is that based off of, your own personal friends list? Because those numbers are highly incorrect. A lot of people do care about worlds first because it’s a competitive experience and creates more excitement for those participating. While I know I won’t be able to compete in the worlds first, my friends and I always go in blind not knowing anything that will happen the first time. We figure it out ourselves and have fun doing it because it’s a challenge. If we get stuck for hours, yes we will look up strats and guides. But that’s the beauty of it, players who don’t play as much, as high as light level, or aren’t as skilled can still complete the raid by the second week it’s out because there will be guides and strats by that time. Raids are notorious for having great loot, they’re not just going to hand it to you because you can’t do it. I personally love the challenge, raids are my favorite part of the game. I will never forget how I felt and how amazing it was the very first time my brother and I beat The Vault Of Glass, that’s what Destinys end game is all about. Finding a fireteam for raid isn’t difficult when you have the looking for fireteam option on this app, yes there are idiots out there with ridiculous standards and the belief you MUST have certain gear and MUST be certain light(even though it’s 30 lights above recommended) but there are a lot of players out there who would happily help. Including me, I just really enjoy the raid, if you want help or need a fireteam add me, I don’t care. If you just don’t like the idea of worlds first, don’t worry about it, get your team together and have fun.

작성자: The Wrizzard of Oz 9/11/2018 6:07:15 PMWorld's first is gonna be some streamer and not the normal Destiny 2 player base, so who cares about the title anyways? I am hyped to run a new raid though and hope Bungie adds a guided mode for new players. I know once we run the raid a few times we (our clan) will be running people thorough. That is where the true fun is, the joy of taking someone through a raid they never thought they would do.

2 답변You must not play that much gambit. Power advantages are enabled and the number of times the sub 400 steals our teams invade is to damn high. This is what you want for raids? A person who cares not for the clear. If you have seen any MMO raids most matchmade groups will fail due to comp. This may not be a problem in d2 but imagine a person who just uses every cranium in EoW for adds. It makes it actually not possible to complete. So then what, do we get to kick him? I mean he hasn't even been trying to listen it seems. But when he runs to the forums to say raid groups are so toxic for kicking some who is new then what? Who gets their cake and to eat it to? Does everyone have to deal with lfg or the 1/6 chance of someone who just isnt up to your standards. Not to mention lfg groups already have the issue of the group falling apart. This wont happen in matchmaking? Everyone just wants to sit in a group and fail the first encounter for an hour? No, they dont. Groups will fall apart and toxicity will reign king. Albert Einstein said it best
the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result
.

1 답변Yeah, your edit is wrong. Most people don’t care for worlds first because they know they won’t get it. Not because they “hide” it from people, whatever you mean by that.

I was definitely in the same boat, then while perusing the forums I came across a post offering raid help. I’m now in their clan and they’re a really nice bunch. Up to then I’d almost given up on the game. I feel I was lucky so all I can suggest is keep looking and try not to let it get you down. It’s worth it in the end if you find a good group.

2 답변I didn’t even touch the last raid. The fact that you have to go find people to play with and hope they are not toxic, and the fact that it’s full of puzzles and a very high light level that takes a while to achieve made me not interested. Raids are suppose to be fun and not a drag to do. I just wish raids were a very long strike and a hard boss at the end where you get rewarded for beating the dungeon

2 답변작성자: RichGhost77 9/11/2018 5:44:09 PMCouldn't give the slightest shit about it. I find the whole thing very cringe. Wow world's first! In what i hear you say? The first to visit another planet? A cure for a disease? Higs boson? Some feat of engineering? A new professional sporting world record? No, we were the first to finish a team mission on a video game and we got some new gear and stuff. Oh. .........Tumble weed....... *Just to add, I absolutely love(d) raiding and couldn't wait for reset day (except for the D2 circus one, that was awful).

6 답변Correction 99% of players or people don't give a F who is first to do something. All that means is that you have no life outside of a video game where most of us do. Also before I get replies saying yea name checks out which will also put you in the same category. I have a life out side of a video game. But if you want to claim first just remember to get up and go look in the mirror and ask what are you doing with your life. I know this post is probably grounds for a temp ban from being reported but I play a video games as a past time hobby with friends I don't play to say I'm better than someone else or to say I'm the best in the world. I play to have fun and past the time till I have to go to work. If anything the time that players like me spend playing a game should be more respected than those who get to sit around and play all day every day 24/7 around the clock.

Eh I find it fun watching it on twitch while at work. I don't have enough time like the streamers to nolife and grind power level fast enough for raid launch but I will eventually go in there. With people snagging that glitched raid chest early, i'm interested in seeing how many shooting for it are using gear with taken perks.

Doesn’t matter what I think about it. Thanks to the Bungie screw up I can’t get a character leveled enough to enter the raid. I play a lot, but my clan plays weekends. Tough to get milestones without them, tough to level without powerful engrams, and all that is jacked as of Saturday.
