90% of the people who play this game don't even enter the raid because Bungie hides it from us.
Seriously, who cares?
Edit: And it looks like I'm right again. People don't care.
Bungie should make the raid more friendly for everyone to enjoy instead of hyping up this worlds first BS.
Bungie brought back D1.. now we are back to the issues we had prior to the release of D2.
Matchmaking for everything. I spend more time looking for a fireteam for NF than it take to actually play the NF on PC? At the very least give us MM for NF's?

5 답변World first race is 100% pointless. The raid should be open and available as soon as the campaign is completed. Streamers are irrelevant and so are their opinions. If you need a streamer to make a guide to get you through the raid then you’re costing yourself a huge part of the experience which is figuring out these things for yourself. Standing on the shoulders of others because you’re too lazy to learn it yourself... you should probably just not play at that point.

3 답변Upvote for the title, not the comment. I don't care about running for world's first, but at some point I will run the raid. It's part of the story, and it's easily available to everyone!

2 답변Honestly at this point I'm just expecting datto to have a raid how to in the first 3 hours after the raid releases.

3 답변Worlds first are just the people lucky to get enough high level gear drops to attempt it. All my power engrams drop at only one light level higher than my base, edge transits and sidearms. I won’t be able to raid this week because I’ve had bad luck with drops. RNG is prohibiting me from having an appropriate light level to get in the raid. Shouldn’t be that way.

6 답변Worlds first is for people who live on disability or welfare and those that make a living on Twitch and Youtube. It would be nice to see it released on a weekend in the middle of the day when more people are off work.

4 답변You can have both you know, no need to act like tryhards and difficult content is bad.. Bungie should add a "raidfinder" version of the raid into Destiny, so the solo players and the "bad players" can go in and check it out.. The biggest reason many active! Destiny players dont enter the raid, is because they get filled with anxiety from the pressure of joining a random raid group. "This is my first try", " i suck guys", "do i have the right weapons", " oh god, i have to communicate with randoms" etc etc etc.. Raid finder(like in WoW) is not the most exciting content since its much easier then the normal version of the raid, but it helps to cure stuff like this because people get to know how the raid looks, where to go, get familiar with a few mechanics etc. And they meet other players through matchmaking, create clans, and then maybe go on to try the normal or prestige version of the raids. It will work a lot better then Guided games, thats for sure.

5 답변How about a super easy mode to learn the raid but drops nothing. How bout a super easy guided mode to do the same. Just to learn mechanics.

1 답변How does Bungie hide the raid? Who do they hide it from? There needs to be something that separates good players from average or below average players. Not to mention the raid is usually not a hard obstacle to overcome.

5 답변We so need matchmaking Join lfg team, tick all of the criteria, no response Go to the well no one there, go out come back in, no one there Finally find people there and the centre bit is broken and won't accept tier tokens OP right, spend more time trying to assemble team on lfg than playing it

Could you elaborate your meaning on two comments? First one how Bungie hides the raid. I'm not sure what you mean by or are getting at by saying this. Second is making the raid more friendly. Again I'm not sure what you mean here by friendly. I for one have cared about world first because of my competitive nature. The hype isn't for everyone and I recognize there aren't a lot of people who do care. This is isn't for them though, it's for people who do care like myself because we enjoy the competitive atmosphere. I'd akin it to something like speed running. Most people don't care and that's completely fine. But some do. My problem however with this expansion is the bugs that allowed Guardians to exploit and raise their light level to higher than it should be at this stage in the game. To me that completely invalidates the entire competition aspect of it and now means nothing. People who got raid gear before the raid getting world first? Not valid in my opinion.

4 답변작성자: US Reaper x 9/12/2018 12:54:15 PMWorld”s first is actually DOPE! I’ve never attempted world’a first or watched it live but if you think about it, it’s a bunch of people seeing the raid for the first time and trying to understand how the mechanics work, and to ulntimately complete the raid. The concept is not so much who gets first but finding the ins and outs of the raid with no prior knowledge. That’s like trying to do a raid with a team and no one teaching you how to do it so you essentially have to teach yourself as you learn.

8 답변you do know the world's first people are the people that make all the raid guides, right? So they can help the community with doing the raid in general? It's not like they brag about it every second

There should be mm for the NF but not for raids. Think about the problems of crucible mm and put those in an activity that requires good teamwork and communication. Mm with a person that doesn't have a mic, doesn't understand english, is just afk, horrible at the game or doesn't have a good loadout gor dps would suck. There should be an in-game lfg like in overwatch but not mm. Raids are not that accessible but according to psn roughly 20% of people have completed the raid and since 10% (last time i checked) haven't even completed the campaign I'd consider 20% pretty good for an end-game activity.
