Can I request a PvP ban on my own account so that I can stop beating my head against the wall trying to complete crucible exotic quests (i.e. Ace of Spades, Chaperone, etc)? At least if I cant even attempt them, I wont have to worry about it then. It's stupid to block certain exotics from people like me who suck at PvP.

I’m certainly not a good pvp player, but I got Ace Of Spades done. The invader kills really sucked in gambit as I was playing solo and either team members would steal the kill or the invader would use sleeper/super. I ended up just spawn camping behind invader spots instead of killing my prime evil. They’d appear in front of me if I was lucky, grenade to the back and finish off with crimson. Used crimson for 25 head shots in crucible too. Playing in a clan helps. Helped my clan mates by bringing down invader shields and letting them finish the invader off with crimson. Chaperone quest just crouch camp around corners and wait for people to run around and shotgun them for your 20 kills (don’t worry about trying to win or anything). I did it in 3 matches I think. Use a good rapid fire shotty like perfect paradox, ikelos or hawthorns. Pick up their ammo if you can. For the next chaperone step where you need Arc, void and solar kills (5% for a kill, -1% for death) pick an element to complete and make sure your subclass is that. Say you go void for instance. Pick your void class, use a long range void scout or pulse and use a void rocket launcher. Just stay back from the fight trying to pick off kills with your pulse, throw some grenades, use a rocket if you get heavy. Once you get 100% of your void kills, void is locked in and you can move to arc or solar (class, energy weapon and heavy weapon all the same element). If you get 1 kill, you’d have to die 5 times to lose the progress of that kill. Stay back from the fight, shoot longer range, throw grenades and go in when you have your super (if you got 3 super kills and then died, you’ve just made 14% towards your element). I’m in the middle of this step and going well. Then when you need your 15 guardian kills in gambit, just use sleeper simulant. Get heavy ammo and keep it for invaders/invasions. Invade as much as you can when the prime evils are out and just hang back away taking shots with sleeper. You’d probably get at least one kill per game. If I can do this, you can do this. You’ll get there!

All quests should have separate PvE and PvP paths. Don't like PvP? That's cool, just meet the PvE requirements instead. Only really here for the Crucible? No problem, you can complete the quest without leaving PvP. Seems simple enough, but Bungie want to try and control what people play so mix both types of gameplay into the quests instead. -
1 답변have to say that the requirments for ace of spades is just a little bs 1. the skins of it were sold as a preorder bonus so stiffing all the pve player that payed for it expecting to be able to get the gun easily is just a tad across the wtf line. 2. with the current state of gambit getting killing 5 invaders is really dam hard. sleeper and whisper are so dam common that 60% of the time that's what your gonna see. on top of that they get an overshield so your trying fight a player that's sitting across the map and are using a weapon that can drop you in a single shot and they know were you are at all times. the other 40% of the time they are coming through and popping ult. 3. you have to be the be the one to kill the invader so if your donky of a teammate "saves" you be sniping them with a bow at the last second from across the map welp your out of luck.

Most exotic quests don’t require any particular level of performance in PvP. The only one that does is chaperone which could be completed by using a shotgun, grenade and melee on the first guy you see then leaving the game.

13 답변Here are some tips. Ace of spades quest: 1.) Team up with a group of friends so you can get your 5 gambit kills on invaders with a handcannon easy I'd recommend The Old Fashioned for a good handcannon. 2.) Use Crimson for the 25 precision handcannon kills in crucible it's pretty easy crimson is an extremely solid handcannon with great stability. The Chaperone quest: 1.) For the 20 kills just go ape shit with a shotgun bro just do it I'm talking slide shotgunning and all like just straight take the other teams cheeks. 2.) For kills with Arc, Solar, and Void I just equipped weapons of the same elements all at the same time along with super that way you can finish one element pretty quickly and switch to the next. 3.) For kills in gambit just use sleeper bro it's the easiest way, -blam!- skill and being a good player and all that sleeper everyone you see. Goodluck on your quest I hope this helps they're really great guns and I'd hate to see someone not be able to get them because of shitty crucible requirements.
