And how is a new player supposed to use the infusion system between level 10 and 30?
They changed it at all levels. Your first level 8 exotic already requires 4 master cores for Infusion!
So how is a level 16 player (level you start getting your legendary gear) supposed to obtain all these Master cores?
Bungie just needs to scrap this change, revert it and think it more through first!
It's like they don't even play their own game!

작성자: JayStretch 9/6/2018 1:59:42 PMExactly, don't use the infusion system until you maxed, or close enough to it that it makes sense. I'm level 40 and 420 light at the moment and I haven't infused anything. Gear is constantly upgrading just off drops at this point, it makes no sense to waste resources infusing when it could be obsolete on the next drop. Just use whatever drops that's more powerful for now. If you're running regular crucible at all, light level makes no difference, so use whatever weapons with perks at whatever level you want. As long as you have the highest level gear on your character (even if it's not equipped), you'll still get relevant drops from the event.

I don't care for PVP! I care for PVE only and like to take my time. I don't powerlevel to max in two days. I have a life with work and family outside of Destiny 2! I take my time with leveling, enjoying the story, collecting favorite gear and weapons and infuse it along the way. This worked perfectly fine before Forsaken and now they practically broken the sub-level 30 game completely and don't seem to give a crap about non-extreme hardcore players and new/returning players.

I have a full-time job, 2 kids, a house to take care of. I get the not power level to max quickly myself, I'm not even close and have only killed one of the barons so far in the story progression. I'm not infusing right away because I don't have the resources to do that, and between the now random rolls and new weapons, I have no idea which weapons/armor I'll want to infuse yet. I can understand people wanting to infuse immediately, I've been tempted, but I have no problem waiting until it makes more sense. After all, one of the huge issues players have had is running out of things to strive for since D2 launched. This should curb that for all but the players that spend every waking hour in this game.

And thus is this a terrible change and they practically broken the sub-level 30 game! Not everyone powerlevels to max in two days and don't give a crap what gear and weapons they get along the way. I like to take my time, enjoy the story and collect favorite gear and weapons and now it's no longer possible for new players or returning players starting over.

I play casually maybe 4-10 hours per week. Personally, I enjoy the short time period between expansions where i'm forced to play with new guns and armor perks. For example last night i found this blue hand cannon that was just crushing. Regardless, I understand your frustration. Maybe try to tilt your perspective. Get a feel for the new weapon and armor perks. look forward to your next upgrade knowing that every few activities you will have new guns to play around with.

작성자: StylishSphere51 9/6/2018 3:00:22 PMThis has to be the most ridiculous argument i’ve heard. Why should we be FORCED to use weapons that are second rate to a god roll we just farmed the whole day to get? In what world would that make sense? Or should we all just be relaxing and trying out the blue weapons that shouldn’t even be getting equipped at level 40+. Get real, no one wants to “try out the perks” because everyones seen them, its not like bungie has this huge list of perks and weapons just waiting to be tested so get out there and find them blues lol. No, thats not the case. Its a flawed system and a lazy way of making people play more because creating an actually enjoyable and satisfying grind seems to be too much. Edit: I really am sorry for how violent this came off as. I just find the whole system extremely annoying. Like i do understand the “different perks” argument however why cant we try out new perks on legendaries and if we don’t like it just plonk it into out better roll. Again sorry for being a bit volatile.

So for new and returning players starting fresh, the first 30 levels that contain about 30-40 hours of content (Red War campaign, Trials of Osiris and Warmind) is just all trash? All their gear and weapons is just trash? I don't give a flying hoot that post level 30 in the Forsaken campaign it requires master cores (I still think it shouldn't until the new level cap as it doesn't make sense), but infusing below level 30 should NOT require Master work cores, since you can't even get them! They broke the infusion system with the latest patch! It was a stupid change! This change was only for the handful of ranting hardcore no-life youtubers and streamers who Bungie is scared of that they start complaining about lack of content a couple days after the expac launch.

Maybe don't play mmo type games then. Because using the random drops you get is part of leveling in any game like this. Once you reach max level then you farm out your preferred gear set based on what's available and level it to max.
