Ineed of advice on running a active clan? Commuinity Question! Cheers
Hello everyone I thought I would give this a try and ask you guys about that. I am running a clan right now and I've run into a few problems during the span of year 1. My clan has gone through a Purge of inactive players and have gone to 22 people who are playing consistently but the thing is I am trying to structure the clan into a legit up and running clan but they been messing up, I was attempting to bring in players to help boost numbers but they aren't trying to be active enough on clan chat or even joining discord, Before any negative people leaving bait in this pond for the fishies to bite the bait go ahead aids up the comments but for the actual decent people what you think I am totally stuck on this

Have a couple active members you trust as admins, put requirements up such as raiders, pvpers ect. If they dont meet it kick them from the clan and if people get funny with it, tough they knew the type of clan they were going into.

Unfortunately you cant make people play destiny. All you can do if give requirements that need to be met each week in order to stay in. If they dont they’re out. What requirements is up to you but thats what a lot of clans do. Look at previous stats like raid completions etc see how much time they currently sink into the game. Obviously recruiting now will be easy as there will be shit tonnes to do but will these players be around after a month or so!! Who knows.
