Go to GIPHY in your web browser, or use the GIPHY app, copy the gif you want, then paste it in the “share image or YouTube Video Link” section of your post.
This works for mobile, and I assume it works on pc as well.

When you post something, there’s a little square at the bottom with a simple picture of a mountain and the sun, and it has a + on it. Click that square, and it will open a slot for you to paste the gif in. The slot will say “Share Image or YouTube Video Link”.
