Update 2.0, WTF Bungie???? How to get Forsaken preorder cancelled and refunded?
Really? Really? That shit is bugged from top to toe is a bloody shame, it is pathetic!!! This is what you would expect from a team of 5 rookie freshman developers!
I have (very much unfortunately) purchased the preordered of the DLC Forsaken, but considering the massive bug this game is (like : impossible to infuse gear, impossible to change weapon, impossible to jump!!!! in certain open locations, and so many more), I would rather cancel my purchase, get refunded (and casually await for Anthem).
Please, if anyone knows, tell if there is any way for me to be refunded????

1 답변This is literally something they exclaimed would be happening. It’s only the pre-load for Forsaken, and bugs are bound to happen. Which is one of the reasons why there will be a day one patch when the DLC launches next week. Don’t cry about it, they’re probably working out the kinks as we speak.

5 답변Bungie does not issue refunds as they did not sell you the game. All refund requests would need to go through the retailer that sold you the game and would be subject to their refund policies.

1 답변@axldmg im about on the same page as you, my games never used to drop frames and freeze every now and then but when they bring this update out it F'd My game up real bad and before most of you pc players say i have shit computer i have a 1070 ti. so i can more then handle the game
