Command and Conquer Generals.
EDIT: Don't see the "shooter" part. None of these are shooters, but still stellar games.
The Jedi Knight series has a decent amount of FPS gameplay, but also has 3rd person lightsaber combat.

The first 2 games are REALLY old. Dark Forces Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast Jedi Knight 3: Jedi Academy. You can just play Outcast and Academy though, unless you really want all the possible story.
